We got cupcakes delivered to our office for a birthday. Everything tasted great and Cathy was extremely helpful. Will definitely be ordering again!

When I ordered a cake from Minnie’s, I asked Cathy to make it primarily delicious, and then beautiful. When I saw it, I was not sure something so beautiful could taste sooo delicious. When I tasted it, I could not believe something so delicious was that beautiful! Cathy was a pleasure to work with, always kept in touch with the progress, and so accommodating. I will keep on ordering for all my special occasions!!!

Cathy is a gem!!! I met her at a Bridal Expo in Brooklyn and sampled a variety of her cakes and all I could say was «WOW». So I ordered them for my sister’s bachelorette party and everyone went crazy over them! I ordered the Chocolate Mocha, Coconut Milk, Red Velvet and the Pumpkin Praline. All were very, very tasty! Cathy made sure that I had everything I needed and helped to make the party a success. Best thing of all, the delivery was on time! Cathy, I will keep ordering from your delicious bakery and everyone else should too!

I purchased two dozen for a birthday celebration at work. The mini-​cakes are really a no-​hassle, no-​mess solution to a normal cake. It’s also really delicious. Two dozen was not enough, so order more.

Minnie’s Bake Shop is incredible!!! They catered for an event for me and I couldn’t be more pleased. The cakes are just the perfect amount of moist, fluffy and sweet, not to mention that the presentation is flawless. They were a huge crowd pleaser and I can’t recommend them enough!

Cathy is easily one of the most talented professionals in the business! She single-​handedly hosted my daughter’s 8^th birthday party, and engaged all of the girls with fun commentary. The girls loved the process of decorating their creations, and eating them, too! No pressure, no stress… exactly what I wanted! Two thumbs up!

Cathy made cookie sticks for a bridal shower I was throwing. They were a huge hit (especially the pistachio!). Cathy was a pleasure to work with— responsive, sweet, and super organized. Delicious baked goods for any event. I highly recommend her!

Cathy is the best and her Minnie treats are so lovely. I work for a large company and Cathy has always been so great at putting together large orders with all the care of a small order. She’s happy to make accommodations for our gluten-​free eaters and is great about packaging flavors with nuts separately from the rest, so we can keep folks with allergies safe.
The cakes are so well made and delicious and always a big hit at our events. Highly recommend.

Cathy and her Minnie Cakes were a terrific addition to our party. Not only were the cakes delicious and enticing looking, but everyone liked the experience that came with it. And Cathy’s personality. She knew just how to involve everyone and she fit in like a welcome friend at the party.

Everything Minnie’s makes is amazing but I am especially partial to the Caramel, Pistachios and Red Velvet (well who wouldn’t be?) Don’t forget the cookie sticks! Every bite delicious!

Minnie’s Bake Shop produces insanely delicious, decadent, and fresh desserts! You can tell the owner Cathy puts a lot of passion and love into making every single item — just count all the dollops of icing for each of the cakes. Although I’ve tried all 3 items (classic cakes, whoopie pies, and the cookie sticks), my favorite by far is the classic cake.
First let’s talk about the icing — this isn’t some light cheapo frosting. Maybe it’s because I put it in the fridge for a while, but the frosting here is heavy and hearty yet incredibly fresh so you know it’s made from premium ingredients.
For the cake itself, I’ve had the strawberry and the banana ones, and both were super dense and moist. This isn’t your typical cake from a random bakery or grocery store where it’s spongy and light — this is some flavor packed and decadent cake, think the texture of a flourless chocolate torte.
None of the treats are super sweet either. They’re just the right level of sweetness balanced with the flavor intended. My favorite by far was the banana chip one.
Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a treat outside of the traditional cupcake or cookies. The owner Cathy is also super friendly and accommodating!
