Rite Aid

I give this location 5 stars because of the service i grt everytime from Latoya I love rite aid and I have been a customer in this store for years. Everytime i walk in everyone is always busy doing there daily tasks and pretend that there project prevents them from helping a customer find a item with the exception of the girl Latoya, no matter how busy she is stocking or whatever she is taking care of she always says «Hello» with a great big smile and asks if she can help with anything. She is one of a kind and a great asset to this location. She enjoys helping everyone no matter how much work she has to do she makes sure to help keep all the customers shopping experience Excellent. Without her A+ service shopping here would be just like everyother store and not worth my time to write a review. If you could find more employees like her Rite Aids name would always have a 5 star rating. Thank you Latoya for the great service like usual and i hope that your GM or District manager relizes how you represent your store and take pride in your work. Keep up the great work theres not many people out there who care about the customers and the company they work for See you in a few days

I have no idea what is wrong in this store but something is seriously WRONG with management and organizations in this store. I’m leaving across the street and in last 10 visits (I go often) ITS ALWAYS UNUSUAL LINE and no one is on cashier!!! Then some of ladies come there and call others because she is «whatever but cashier»… Terribly sad!!! :-/

I like this Rite-​Aid a lot. I live around the corner and come in here regularly. The pharmacy has always been very prompt and helpful… no problems. They have a water fountain and a bathroom as well, which is nice.
For some reason I enjoy perusing the aisles of this store. If you have a bonus card they usually have something on sale that is worth buying… for instance, cashews. Sometimes they have deep discounts on seasonal items, or notebooks or detergent.
The people who work here are nice as well.

Let me start off by saying that, just to fill a routine cough syrup medicine for the flu took me TWO DAYS to get filled here. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
I come in at 5 on an evening and have just come from the doctor with fresh Rx’s. I hang them to the pharmacist and explain that I just moved into the neighborhood and have never been here before. After spending 10 – 15 just swiping my id and medical card about 10x, she goes on to tell me that she needs a prescription card. I have never been asked for that ever and have explained that I do not have one and that normally the pharmacist just calls my insurance and it all goes through. She comes back telling me that my insurance does not cover prescriptions, which I explain to her is impossible because my insurance has not changed, EVER, and i filled out a prescription two weeks ago from the same doctor. She proceeds to tell me that there’s nothing she can do and when I asked for others options, she proceeded to walk away. Great.
Come back the next day with the god-​forsaken prescription card that took me ages to find, and see a new pharmacist, hoping that she will be more helpful. She processes it, proceeds to tell me she doesn’t need the prescription card and tells me to come back in 2 hours. Come back and hour later, tells me its not ready and to come back in another hour. Come back ANOTHER hour later, finally is ready, and she hands them all to me. I get home and go through trying to figure which is which because she explained NOTHING to me and find that she has given me someone else’s prescriptions?! OH. NO. that is not ok! What if I was old and had bad eye sight and just took them? I have no idea what pills those were and it’s not she explained to me which is which!!!
NEVER COME HERE. THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND FRANKLY, RUN SOME VERY RISKY BUSINESS.
