Great place for drone repair. Very knowledgeable, take the time to speak with you, offer options, etc. They are reasonably priced and fair. Recently brought in my Phantom 2 Vision for repairs at noon and it was ready by 4:00 PM that same day.

This place is fantastic — and the only authorized DJI repair center in NYC.
I went in after Phantom 3 drone took a bad tumble from the sky. I was helped by Sam, who was incredibly helpful — this guy really knew his stuff! He knew the intricacies of the Phantom parts, repair times, warranty etc.
He took apart my drone and ran some diagnostic tests on the spot for free. And then helped me figure out the best plan. Hopefully you’ll never have a drone crash and need repairs, but if you do, STC is your place!
I’ve already sent a few folks to buy drones from STC and i’ll send many more.

I can’t say enough about this store and the guy I worked with who I assume is the owner, Sam. Everyone in there is very friendly and very knowledgable but I only have experience working with Sam so my review is about his customer service.
This is one extremely knowledgable shop and owner, very patient and willing to take his time to show you and teach you.
My need was around remote controlled helicopters (specifically DJI’s Phantom line). Sam walked me through all of my options very thoroughly and with very little sales push. I have since crashed the helicopter he sold me and he spent 30 mins fixing it and would not let me pay him for the time.
This type of customer service builds 100% loyalty and when it comes to my RC hobby I know I won’t be going anywhere else.
I highly recommend this store.

The gentleman who helped me with my purchase was just as Luis M. described: awesome. Additionally, the store itself was small and friendly. I purchased a phone, a very cheap one for my home, and I also picked up a memory card for my camera. Both were reasonably priced and I was happy to shop at a local business.
If you are in the area and looking for anything electronic, be it cellphone-​, phone-​, camera-​related or anything else, definitely stop here before you support a chain – they have what you need and the prices are right.

It is a small and friendly store where you can find anything at low prices!
If you cannot find what you want call them and ask if they have it… they can special order for you if they don’t have it… some times they will get on the same day…
