I went there for a Sony camera demo. The staff was knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time offering a hands-on opportunity to check out the equipment. They had the demo in a room that doubles as a green screen stage. They said it was a recent addition and they plan to expand.

These people have some serious anger issues. I know it’s New York, but I have not encountered this amount of rudeness in awhile. I asked to talk to a technician to get an idea of how much a repair would cost. He spoke with a heavy Chinese accent and I asked him to repeat, because I did not understand him. He got mad and yelled at me(I did not understand what he said again). He then did say in high tones that I needed to bring in a unit to have it examined for $ 60. Since I had a very specific issue and the unit works fine otherwise, I told him that I don’t need an overall check up. He got mad again and gave the phone back to the rep. The rep yelled at me and said I was rude to his technician. I tried to explain that I did not understand him because of his accent, she yelled that he has no accent. I wanted to ask a further question and she continued to yell and hung up on me. In addition to being rude, judging by my case, I think these people rip you off.
