I walked in and it smelled like a bubble tea shop, so I knew it was going to be good. Having just had ramen for dinner, I was looking for dessert(and not something hot). My boyfriend and I got: — Earl Grey Panna Cotta: it was served in a cute little Erlenmeyer flask! It wasn’t the most solid/set panna cotta I’ve ever had, but it made up for it in flavor. I’m not normally a tea person, but I thoroughly enjoyed this. — Earl Grey Cream Puff: Not what I was expecting in a cream puff. The cream puff itself had a crunchy exterior to it, and the cream oozed out once we opened it. Just like the panna cotta, it had a strong early grey flavor. Only difference was that this was a little more… runny? The venue is bright and hip. They’ve got a chalkboard menu, some typography to decorate their windows, wood accents, plants and alpacas everywhere. They don’t have the most seating, but they do have a small island where you can stand and eat when it gets crowded.

Came with my boyfriend after dinner nearby and had the Earl Grey and Green Tea Cream Puff. It is literally a dream come true! Highly recommend.

Went to see a Broadway show(Wicked), and this place happened to be right in front so that was convenient! Décor: It looked like the typical asian café which isn’t a bad thing at all! It’s nice and bright in there, my girlfriend also said it smelled like Bubble Tea and I agreed, but there was no Bubble Tea to be found. As for seats, you can sit at the tables, you can sit at the benches, or you can STAND at the benches! The bench extends around for extra table space. At first, I thought it was awkward, but cause it was crowded, it was very convenient to have something to put our stuff on(even if we did have to stand, weh). Food: This is where it differs from other asian cafes I’ve been to. First of all, it was like a mix of a patisserie/bakery/café except ASIA-FIDE! Second, the stuff was unique, AND it looked appetizing. — Early Grey Cream Puff — Not your average cream puff. Flaky on the outside and super soft on the inside! The Early-Grey cream was… CREAMY, and had a hint of earl-grey(which is my favorite tea). Oh, and it was HUGE, for a cream puff. — Earl Grey Panna Cotta — Again, not your average panna cotta. Had a great creamy texture(not as creamy as the cream puff cream, though) AND it was served inside a cute jar topped with a cork. –Iced Red-Eye — Cold Brew w/2 espresso shots. No complaints. Nice aroma in the espresso, and the cold brew wasn’t watered down. Service was good. Friendly staff, and they looked like they were working well together, breezing through the long lines.

The drinks here are top notch! If I was rating on the drinks alone, it would easily be five stars. However, I let myself get lured in by the beautiful and delicious sounding pastries that were highly disappointing. I will be sure to not let this happen next time! *Drinks* I had a lavender latte. The temperature, foam, and delicate subtle flavor of the lavender was pure perfection in a cup. It wasn’t sweet at all, which is a plus in my book. Not to mention there was a pretty design drawn into the foam, so it not only tasted good, but was visually pleasing as well. If you get it for here, you get to drink it in a real porcelain cup instead of those paper ones. It doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it makes for an overall more enjoyable experience. My husband had a pour over coffee. He was impressed with the flavor. *Space* It’s small, but if you can snag a seat by the window, it’s great for people watching. The counter space there is very small though and not good for working. There are about three small tables to the right of the counter if you need more space. They seemed to stay full the whole time we were there though. The bathroom is unisex and clean. *Pastries* Everything in the pastry case looked and sounded amazing. I couldn’t decide, so we got two things to share, an earl gray cream puff and a black sesame dark chocolate mousse cake. Unfortunately, the cream in the cream puff was too liquidy, heavy, and not very well set. The outside of the cream puff was tough, dense, and coated in sugar. It was hard to break into it, and once you did, you had a huge mess as the liquid oozed everywhere. It was way too sweet due to the sugar coated crust and sweet filling, and not light, fluffy, and airy like I was hoping for. The black sesame mousse cake looked amazing, but seemed to be a bit frozen, and we had trouble cutting it. Again, there was way too much sugar that overpowered the other flavors. After a few bites, we just simply couldn’t eat anymore. The chocolate that coated the sides was hard as a rock, and impossible to eat without it thawing out first. We ended just ripping the sides off with our hands. Both of these desserts used too much sugar in place of flavor. It’s too bad they didn’t taste as good as they looked. However, Since the drinks were excellent, we will certainly come back for those if in the area.

I’ve had this place bookmarked for a long time! Finally got time to make it here! I went on a Saturday and it was packed – people waiting for seats and waiting to place an order. I ordered the Lavender & Matcha Latte which had some nice latte art on top as well as the Matcha Cream Puff, a crusted matcha top with a creamy matcha filling. The lattes were nothing special, not too sweet which was good, but I’ve had better. They ran out of the mugs so they had to do it on a take out cup. I really liked the matcha cream puff, bread wasn’t dry and complimented well with the matcha creamy filling as you bite into it. I would like to try the earl grey panna cotta next time! Tips: –if you plan on going, go on a weekday at a time when everyone’s at work! –keep scouting for a seat so you can enjoy the sweets while you’re sippin on some latte! –if you’re a matcha addict like me, try the matcha selections! you won’t go wrong with the matcha cream puff! –when it’s crowded, be sure to ask the person in front of you if they’re waiting on line or for a seat.

The two most important words I will type today: Lavender Latte! Divine. Highly recommend. B&S gets quite crowded but it’s worth the wait. Pair your beverage with a delectable scone and you’re all set! A wonderful little coffee shop to pop in if you’re in the theater district neighborhood.

Cute café with amazing menu options(both dessert & drink), but very limited seating(though there is a standing table space). Lots of matcha flavored things! I tried the lavender latte and matcha cream puff. The lavender latte was delicious, and the latte art was on point. However, the lavender flavor could’ve been stronger, I think. The matcha cream puff was very tasty, the puff part was the perfect texture, but the cream was too runny. Next time I’ll try the pistachio matcha raspberry cake. My friend had the jasmine tea and it was very good, strong & authentic.

3.5−4 stars. Small, constantly buzzing café in the Theater District. Came here especially to try the lavender latte, which was solid(the right mixture of light sweetness with the subtle coffee background) but not mind-blowing by any means. There’s a small high bench in the middle of the place, some seats towards the back, a few by the window, and a few near the entrance. Overall, very hard to get seats so if you’re planning to sit in definitely build in some time to lurk around and grab people’s seats as soon as you see them leave. Would not recommend coming here with more than 2 – 3 people. Looked like they also had a fair selection of desserts but I was too worried about finding seats to really consider those in detail. I think this place would be much better if it weren’t so chaotic/packed but can’t really blame it because it is in the heart of the Theater District, where lots of tourists probably stop by before or after shows. I enjoyed my beverage but didn’t think it was memorable enough for me to come back and brave the crowd again! If in the area though I do think it’s a decent option for takeout.

The cream puff is perfection. Even 6 hours after purchase. Even after being carried around in 30-degree weather. Even after getting knocked around in a car. It was entirely intact, still crisp on the outside and generously filled on the inside. This is the cream puff all cream puffs strive to be. This is the cream puff worthy of its name. This is the cream puff that made time stop and forced me into the present with its shear existence. Chocolate cake was good too.

It is a bright and intimate, but airy coffee shop. Flooded with natural light, B&S makes for an ideal work space for laptop usage. I believe they had a few outlets available. I love the wooden accents adorned with simplistic, but effective green plants. Their cute alpaca motifs are clever indeed, and very recognizable as solely theirs. The matcha jasmine latte and the earl grey cream puffs are both treats you don’t want to miss. I wouldn’t say it’s the best cream puff out there, but it is certainly comparable to the long-loved Beard Papa’s. If you’re a fan of earl grey flavor like I am, you will find the cream to be delightful. I spent a couple of hours talking to my friend here; it’s also great as a one on one meeting place. Too big of a group and you would be imposing on the business and its patrons.

After reading the amazing reviews, I had to stop by and check this place out. I was not disappointed! Their cream puffs are small bites of heaven, and while everyone seems to rave about the earl grey tea one, I strongly preferred the dark chocolate. The earl grey has great bergamot flavor and for non-earl grey lovers, isn’t too overpowering. The dark chocolate is divine though — rich, chocolatey cream in a perfectly baked shell… what’s not to like!(See pics) The only caveat to them is you must eat them quickly. As in, take your first bite as you pay for it since boy do they not travel well. I ordered two and ate one immediately and saved the other one for a friend I was heading to meet. By the time I arrived at my destination a mere 15 minutes later, the cream puff was a mess.(A delicious mess, but still.) Unlike say, a cream-filled doughnut, these cream puffs are filled from the bottom so any amount of heat will cause them to completely melt. Bottom line: their cream puffs are outstanding, just eat them quickly!

Their earl grey cream puff is the bomb diggity. The green tea latte tastes standard so I have no complaints there. There are a few seats available inside but if you are unable to grab a seat there is a small standing table area where you can stand while you enjoy your treats. They do designs on their latte and I thought that was really cute. Will I be back? Yes, I need their earl grey cream puff in my life.

I’ve heard of Bibble & Sip, hell, I’ve even passed it multiple times and thought, «One day…» Well, a few days ago was that«one day» as I had to pick up a car rental around the corner and wanted to grab some tea and pastries for the road. The interior is small, cozy, yet vibrant, almost as though it belongs in a different neighborhood rather than the bustle of Midtown West. The rows of puff pastries and cream puffs with matcha, chocolate, and other decadent flavors, looked wondrous. Unfortunately, a cream puff isn’t easy to eat while driving, so I opted for some more traditional options. I got the spiced pear scone with earl grey tea glaze and the brownie chocolate chip cookie. The scone was filling and powered me a three hour drive! The earl grey flavor was light but omnipresent. It was tender, if not a little crumbly. The brownie chocolate chip cookie was amazing; think of a brownie squished into a cookie shape then covered with blondie batter. It wasn’t QUITE chocolate chip cookie-esque to me, but it was amazing! Finally, the Matcha Jasmine Latte is top notch! The jasmine was strong and definitely competed with the matcha to be top flavor, but it was creamy, delightful, and, best of all, didn’t have gritty matcha at the bottom of the cup, a fate that happens to some matcha lattes. ;-) It’s nice to know I don’t need to head downtown or to Brooklyn for good matcha lattes, and I look forward to really indulging in some of their more delicate pastries in the future, since I can post up and enjoy them instead of juggling them in my lap while driving. Ha!

Bibble and Sip has got such a hip vibe serving lavender lattes, matcha cream puffs, panna cotta in jars. We came on a Saturday night before a Broadway show and man was this place packed! Luckily, with a little patience, you can find a place to sit. FOOD: Latte. Cream puff. Panna cotta. I saw other sweets and all, but those are the major ones to get. The lavender latte was pretty, but perhaps since I’m not a coffee aficionado, I cannot comment on the quality of coffee, but it was tasty. The cream puff was perfect with the matcha. Not too sweet, but the right amount of matcha green tea and the puff was perfectly filled with the right amount of cream. The Earl Grey panna cotta is the must get here! The tea flavor is subtle but there and the panna cotta is just perfect! All served in a cute little jar, a definite hit among customers. SERVICE: Prompt, name recognition, and overall very pleasant. Bibble and Sip is definitely a favorite for me in Manhattan and I know I’ll visit again!

After constant nagging about getting a good cup of hot chocolate during our visit to New York, my friend took it upon himself to surprise me with Bibble & Sip. Rumor has it he found it on Unilocal ;-) Bibble & Sip was very quaint and welcoming with a relaxed vibe that works well for meeting with friends or catching up with work on the computer. We both tried the hot chocolate and added a jumbo marshmellow on top to give it that finishing touch. The rich flavor and creaminess from the melted marshmellow satisfied my craving and fit perfect for that cold winter’s day. It will definitely be added on my list of, «Best Hot Chocolate». P. S. Don’t forget to add the jumbo marshmellow!

YES to the lavender latte! YES to the earl grey cream puff! Those are two items I highly recommend here! Also tried; — hot chocolate with large marshmallow(it was okay a little hyped in my opinion.) — green tea cream puff — earl grey Panna cotta — matcha jasmine latte Of all the desserts I’ve tried here I like how they weren’t too sweet especially the earl grey cream puff! Can you tell I’m obsessed with it? The lavender latte was interesting and just something about it leaves you wanting more of it! This place is so cute! Great spot for a date or coffee with friends. Be warned though it does get packed as the space is small! All in all I’ll be back to try other things!

Man this place is so awesome. In search of a warm cup of latte on a super cold day, I came across this café. What caught my eye was their alpaca logo. I love it! With a variety of pastries, coffee, snacks. I decided to get the green tea jasmine latte, the green tea puff pastry, and the pana cotta. There is plenty of space when I went, which was around 11am. So I sat myself down with all the goodies on my tray. The green tea jasmine latte taste was pretty good, it had a lot of green tea flavor, but one note is that my latte could have been a bit warmer. It was luke warm. The green tea puff pastry was delicious! I love the crunchy coating on the outside. The inside was gooshing with green tea crème. Could get a little messy, so grab a lot of tissues. They are not stingy with the filling at all. The pana cotta came in this cute little glass jar with a cork sealing the container. It was fluffy with good taste, but it was on the tad sweeter side. Overall I loved this place, although as other people mentioned. It’s not an ideal place to study and such, it is on the more louder side comparing to other cafes I’ve been to. But if you are a green tea lover like me, you should definitely give this place a try.

Bibble & Sip is the cafè of my dreams… You know, the kind of dream that puts a pep in your step and the rest of your day becomes brighter. The kind of dream thats filled with fresh house-made baked goods, warm expertly-crafted drinks, and yes of course — adorable alpaca themed goods and décor. Bibble and Sip is just truly a dream come true: service is great and WiFi is free(password is bsallday), plus, their prices are fair and they have a restroom that’s accessible and clean! It is so worthy of a stop next time you’re in Midtown looking for a caffeine boost or quick bite :) Among their extensive array of drinks and glistening rows of pastries behind the glass, I can recommend the following THINGSTOGET: *** Cream puffs. They are the best in NY. They may not be ready until later in the day but these, and these alone will make it worth your trip. *** Matcha Lattè. A delicious creamy concoction with a fantastic thick matcha flavor. Pair it with the cream puff and BAM you’re in heaven. *** Lavender Lattè. This is a light and luscious drink, so it would not be ideal if you prefer coffee bold and strong. *** English muffin sliders. A delicious savory treat featuring a sliced house-made english muffin, between which lies a baked egg, fried potato slices, and sour cream/cheddar sauce. *** Florentine sliders. This sandwich uses the same delicious bread as the english muffin slider but comes instead with egg whites, spinach, and feta cheese for a healthier spin on breakfast. *** Panna Cotta(earl grey or matcha). They come with a cute keepsake glass and cork bottle filled with smooth and subtly flavored cream and gelatin concoction. There are so many more things to try at Bibble & Sip. I absolutely cannot wait to be back!!!

Bibble is an old English word that means to eat messily and hastily. There isn’t enough space in here for all the clientele even at this hour, 30 minutes prior to closing, but it’s still cozy. Their matcha latte is goood. So good. Add a large matcha marshmallow and I’m in matcha heaven. No need for extra sugar with a ‘mellow in there. The cream puffs look good but I wasn’t able to purchase any at the end of the night less than an hour to closing because they’re sold out! I didn’t get a cute picture of my matcha latte + matcha mellow but it was definitely delicious. They have a few decaf teas in hibiscus flavor(roselle) and blueberry. The blueberry muffin was just ok. Probably why it was still available at 15 minutes to close.
