Subway

This is a slightly below-​average Subway. On the positive side, the space is usually pretty empty and it is easy to find a place to sit. However, the employees seem pretty disinterested in customer service. They want to rush you along as you order (which is ironic since there probably isn’t anyone behind you).
Overall, I would rate this Subway location below average, but not terrible. If you like Subway sub, you will like this restaurant. If you don’t, you won’t.

Okay, I really do eat at Subway a lot so this one is pretty par for the course. The entrance to this place is weird (you’ll know what I mean if you go there). Beyond that, the establishment is usually fairly empty. Not the freshest bread when I go, but I’ll still come back when I need to «eat fresh.»

I came in here yesterday. It has been a while since I’ve been in a subway restaurant in Manhattan. I keotpt seeing the pepperoni and meatball foot long sub commercial the past two days advertising it as the $ 5 footlong for the month so when I passed this establishment looking for lunch I decided that’s what i would have.,
Apparently it’s been a while since I’ve ordered a subway sandwich meal because the cost of the combos was an extra $ 2.50 I remember it being about $ 1 cheaper than that. Whatever.
The order taker takes my order and asks if I want cheese on the sandwich. I couldn’t remember if they had provolone, I saw no sign and didn’t want to appear too stupid so I selected Swiss which is still a good melting cheese. When it came to toppings, I didn’t want to get too creative on a meatball and pepperoni sandwich so I just asked for lettuce tomatoes and onions.
The sandwich itself tasted good. The meatballs were juicy. My only complaint about the sandwich is the bread. Normally the bread is fine but it’s too soft for a meatball sub.
