I went to this salon in my neighborhood for a color and blow-​out, as the prices seemed reasonable and I needed speed and convenience on a Saturday morning. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the service was — every single staff member I interacted with asked my name, introduced themselves, and asked if I had been there before. When I said I was in a bit of a rush, I got a two-​person blow dry, so was in and out in just over an hour. I love that it was affordable, warm, my color looks great, and my blowout lasted 4 days! I will now be a loyal customer.

I’ve come here 4 times now and never left unhappy. There was a hiccup the first time I got my color done but it was fixed and no one was sending me anywhere until I was 100% happy. It’s been a true joy having this salon open in the neighborhood. The prices are reasonable and the hours convenient.

I love this salon!!! Having just moved to the upper west side (and on a tight budget) I never thought I would find a descent hair salon at a descent price. The Color Room was a wonderful surprise! The staff was very warm and welcoming. Pilar made sure to know what I wanted, even stopping before making the first cut to see if I agreed with the length. Today they gained a faithful customer! I would highly recommend this salon!
