Traditional Chinese medicine teaches that various health concerns including excess weight shows that the body is out of balance. I attended Dragon’s Way to reconnect with the messages from my body and stoke my body’s innate ability to heal itself.
For six weeks, every day I did the simple Wu Ming Qigong movements, followed a simple eating for healing plan and learned to listen closely to what my body had to say .I did include the Dragon’s Way herbs which along with the program, significantly decreased my stress and physical discomforts. I’m stronger for having done Dragon’s Way.
