Found the perfect backpack for work. Got the Larkin in a purple color. Perfect for my laptop and work stuff! Been searching for the perfect yet stylist backpack and was totally exhausted weighing out form vs function. Obviously happy with the purchase.
Was thrilled with the awesome service. Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable folks work here. Found out there is a cool five year warranty and free engraving for all purchases! Love this place and will definitely come back for my next travel bag.

They told me its possible to get tax back as a international european traveller. Well its not and thats why i returned my bag.
Next time i will buy my tumi bag from century 21 or some other hypermarket where they have about half price of Tumi bags.

Repeat Tumi customer at this location and Tumi products. The Tumi brand holds its own, however, not every upscale store or brand provides the customer with service like this one. In December I bought my boyfriend’s briefcase at this location and was extremely satisfied with the assistance I received. At the time I also asked about a wheel that had fallen off our carry-​on and they let me know about the services provided vs ones that they had to ship out for repairs, in addition to loaners while luggage is repaired (with deposit). Jump ahead to February. I called to see if I could drop off the luggage that needed repair and inquired about the loaner. The store manager (who had also assisted me with the briefcase) answered the phone and asked for my phone number, said the store was busy, but she could call me back in 15 minutes. Within five she called to say the available carry-​on loaner was acceptable for domestic not international, and if that worked for me they would save it and that they were open til 7. While at the store two customers came in and both were addressed by their names. No wonder they get repeat customers.
Great location (nicer than previous Madison Ave store), wide selection of all their products and staff that go above and beyond ~ with the store manager being the role model for the experience. No need to go anywhere else (and I live three blocks from the Grand Central Tumi).

This is one of the most knowledgable and friendliest Tumi stores I’ve been too since 1999. If you need anything Tumi this is the store to go to. They have great customer service and they are very helpful.
