Uptown Laundromat

I recently moved so I had to find a laundromat and this placed popped up. It’s just an ordinary/​simple laundromat. I got in and out quickly. It is pretty big, bigger than the one I was going to. Only thing is that I wish this place had more seats, but I will live. (lol)

Great place to do laundry — packed on the weekends though so better to go right after 5. Washers 9 quarters for small and dryer is 7 for 30 minutes

Enormous laundromat in Upper Harlem. Almost always busy, especially Saturdays and Sundays during the day. Best times to go are early in the morning or days with poor weather. I live nearby, and I just drop my clothes in the washer or dryer and go home. You can also use their washing services for a small fee. They play bootleg movies on their widescreen televisions during the day, cartoons for kids during Saturday mornings, and local news during the wee morning hours. The prices are right, the staff is responsible (if they do fall asleep on the job — it is a 24-​hour place). Just steer clear of the busiest hours!
