The service is the problem, not the food. Every single tie I have gone, the order was wrong in one way or another, usually more than one way. One trip, I actually found three errors, which meant three trips BACK to the place to get it corrected. The employees acted like I was out of line for expecting the correct order. Examples — a sour cream and chives baked potato served half-cooked, and without the sour cream, no tomato on a burger ordered with tomato, stuff on burgers that were ordered plain, and so forth. Small annoyances such as no straws for drinks, no condiments, no napkins, etc. simply add to the rating. The owner needs to get more hands-on in management, or just hire a good manager. Everything I have seen wrong is easily a result of poor training and poor management. The food isn’t bad, if they get it right.

Tonight I got Wendy’s and all of my food was cold. Cold fries and cold burgers. They could have at least stuck it in the microwave. I didn’t have time to return the food so I’m posting here to vent my rage at this injustice.

My husband said this was the worst Wendy’s he’d ever been to. We were the only ones there and yet the tables had trash on ‘em, there was water on the floor, the food was cold. You get the idea.
