Absolutely beautiful. Breath taking sights. Not enough parking. Couldn’t find a space. Ended up driving through it. Beautiful drive.

I hadn’t been here in a really super long time, but was on a quest for some good Colorado souvenirs for a care package and found lots of lovely things here in the realms of both general touristy souvenir stuff and unique things I’d enjoy owning myself. It’s a lot bigger than I remembered and the art gallery section is really nice. There’s a café inside and even an arcade. Definitely a must stop for tourists but also a nice little take a break spot for hikers.

I ordered a veggie wrap and it was disgusting. I should have taken it back but you know what sometimes happens when you send something back. Then we split a cinnamon roll and they vulcanized it in the microwave so if you chose not to eat it you could resole your shoes with it. It’s a nice place but the food is awful.

a tourist trap, but they had bison burgers, so i had to go. good burger for 8.95 plus a side. i’ve missed my bison lately, so this worked out. not much but a short order cook place.

Tourists, prepare to be trapped. You’ve been warned. Set phasers to shop. The Garden of the Gods is an angelic paradise for all visitors to Colorado Springs. The Garden of the Gods Trading Post is the shopper’s pitfall at the edge of paradise. Inside: Trinkets & Beads T-Shirts & Hoodies Jewelry & Junk Coffee & Cocoa Food & Candy Meeting Spaces & Patio Restrooms & More It’s just another day for shopping in paradise. I know it’s a trap, but I want it.

This is a great little place to stop when you’re visiting the Garden of the Gods. It has touristy items to buy as well as higher end artwork and everything in between. There’s a little something for everyone. They’ve also got a little café and ice cream shop if you need a snack. I’ve purchased artwork and had it shipped home with no problem. And the customer service was great.

Garden of the Gods is amazing. Always crowded, but amazing. It is also free. So use some of that savings to pick up a unique CO souvenir at this Trading Post. They have about everything you could imagine at this Trading Post, including a little restaurant.

If you’re a local show your drivers license for a free meal, Colorado license that is. Lots of «stuff» and something for your traveling tourist collections. Garden of the Gods is nearby and a great way to hike off the buffalo burgers they serve.

This is gift shop is fairly big and has something for everyone. It was built in the 1920’s and resembles a Pueblo Indian dwelling. It’s crazy what all they have packed in there. Fudge, weigh your own Jelly Belly’s, Colorado treats like popcorn and candy rocks. And of course, tee shirts galore. They also have books, pottery, moccasins, mugs, jewelry, art work. We went here tired, but still managed to shop a lot. It’s probably one of the best tourist spots that I have ever been to!

This is one of the coolest gift shops I’ve ever been to. they have so much stuff here. It’s not only the usual souvenir stuff but, some great clothes and other first class things. also a large selection of Native American art and jewelry. There is also a great place to grab a quick meal or snack, drinks or ice cream cafeteria style. So save this for last. It will be a great place to get a rest, bathroom break and refreshments. What ever you do, don’t pass it up.

I love this place so much. Lots of fond childhood memories here ever since I first moved to Colorado Springs when i was six. When the Waldo Canyon fire tore through Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs, this was one place I was extremely worried about. But thank god this place was spared, especially since the trading post has been standing ever since the early 1900s. This is a great place to shop for holidays or to just window shop. I love the section where they have the handblown glass accessories. They even have a great cafeteria which includes buffalo burgers as well. They also have great hand-made fudge which is so delicious that we always buy at least 2 different flavors in a box(the box is usually big enough to fit an entire slab) every time we go and it only lasts for 3 – 5 days at the most among my family. This place even has an event pavilion which has held countless weddings, tour bus groups, family reunions, and so much more. This place is truly one of a kind

This is a fun place to shop and relax after a day of sight seeing and hiking through GOG. If you are hungry, there is a great little café/bistro that serves delicious dishes with larger portions. The entrees are slightly overpriced in my opinion, but worth the convenience. The café is also dog-friendly, so you can dine al fresco with your dog in tow. We always find something neat and fun in their HUGE gift shop/art gallery!

This is the place I send all the tourists for their souvenirs. Great selection, with everything from hand made Native American art and jewelry to tacky made-in-China plastic junk. Prices range from super cheap to super pricey. Something for everyone! The best part, to me, is that my dog is welcome. Lunch is available. Check out the Entertainment Book for a coupon for buy-one-get-one lunch entrees.

Beautiful red rock structures surround the park and found all over the landscape. I think it is amazing that the park is free and so big. Plenty of scenic points and to see. Probably best to visit the trading post AFTER you have enjoyed the view, especially if it is nice and sunny when you arrive. Weather seems to change quickly here, so you should take advantage of it as soon as you can. Plus you can recharge yourself and your family afterwards with drinks and snacks from this post after you have worked up a sweat exploring the gardens.

This place is a tourist trap! They have everything from clothes, to jewelry, to art, to souvenirs, to delightful treats. I could’ve spent hours in here and for the 20 minutes I did shop, I spent 50 bucks. Ro C will be happy, I got her a cheeky little gifty here!

This is a pretty typical tourist trap and gift shop, but they do have an excellent selection and it’s a cool old building. Great place to grab a postcard or some cheezy gift for someone back home. I didn’t eat there, so I can’t comment on that however.

I found this place to be the biggest and best gift and souvenir shop in Manitou Springs. To think, we almost skipped this one during our Colorado vacation. Arts, crafts, novelties, trinkets, candy, food, housewares, clothing, accessories… it’s all here and so much more. While there were many specialty shops in the main, touristy part of Manitou Springs, there were not many souvenir shops. This place fit the bill perfectly. You should make an effort to stop here when visiting if you like those touristy souvenir shops.(I love ‘em!) This one is the biggest in down. Note: You should also check out the Garden Of The Gods Visitor Center. They have a good size gift shop as well. Though, the Trading Post here has much more stuff.

Large Souvenir/Art Gallery shop has everything you could want!!! Set in a Pueblo style building in The Garden of The Gods amongst magnificant prehistoric red rock formations. Indian jewelry, pottery etc… to clothing, mugs, all kinds of unique art, gifts, Minnetonka shoes… Must check this place out and allow yourself extra time. It closes at 5:00 p.m. in the winter. I only got so see half the place. Sooo sad, when i wanted the man at the counter to hold on to my purchases to see the other side and he told me they were closing now. By the way I’m one of those picky people who like high quality souveniers. Great selection of T Shirts and Tops with cool and unique decals and embroidered scenes. T Shirts only $ 13.99 for adults. They had a large selection of Minnetonkas. Don’t let the following comment discourage you, just actually try them on first. Looking for those thick sheepskin slippers for my husband and me. Unfortunately the quality was dramaticaly different in different sizes which I pointed out to the staff(possibly serious quality control issues with Minnetonka). Some had severely rough shredded suede leather outsides and profound thickness/thin sheepkin issues inside the boot syle slippers. For $ 112.00 no way! They also had a cute café with Buffalo burgers and Buffalo chile, wraps, hot dogs, soup salads and sandwhiches but they closed at 5:00 p.m.

Man, what a let down. Buffalo burgers? Buffalo chili? There are buffalo still around? DISAPPOINTMENT. It tasted just like a damn hamburger, and it wasn’t very good. I mean, my mom makes better chili, and if I wanted a reason to have stomaches around my ex’s family then it was going to be for something much more worth that effort. So while we were supremely bored and finished with our food, we walked around making fun of all the little trinkets they were selling. Except I almost bought a gun but I couldn’t take it home on the plane with me, and that was upsetting so I said eff it. However, there was a «Weigh yourself and get a fortune» thing outside, and I was just happy that it didn’t say«Here’s your fortune – Stop eating Dairy Queen Blizzards or you’ll have a heart attack and by the way break up with your boyfriend before you leave because you aren’t moving to Texas for school like you thought you would». Those things you gotta learn on your own, like… the hard way. DAMMIT! But it did say that my lucky number was 13… so…um…yay?
