This is a great little hole in the wall place I like taking my friends from out of town to when we visit Manitou. If you can handle it, their signature Hell’s Fire Pizza is delicious. They have a great crust that you can fold like new york pizza but is crunchy enough when they run it through the oven to heat it again. Their garlic hellknots are a great bite as well. Definitely won’t make you feel bad about eating pizza because if anything this stuff is like a system cleaner for your stomach. Great reward if you just came down hiking from the incline down the road.

Got the one slice 3 knots and a drink special. Didn’t have too many options for non-pork eaters as far as pizza went the day I went so I got the four cheese I believe and the fire knots. Loved the knots and I thought the pizza was okay. Wish they had a little bit more options for the pizza. They were pretty busy for a Tuesday afternoon.

This is my son’s favorite place to eat in Manitou Springs and now I know why. So incredibly good, fresh and with some unique types of pizza. The crust is slightly crunchy and brings a wonderful texture while the sauce and toppings tie it all in together to make a great New York style pizza. My favorite is the Four Cheese White. I highly, highly recommend it.

For the BEST pizza in the Springs, you must check out Hell’s Kitchen in Manitou. Hand-tossed and fresh made every time, it’s divey atmosphere makes it all the better! Kinda hidden and located just south of the roundabout, you’ll be glad you stopped in. I love pizza by the slice and NY style, and the slices here are very generous. Eat two and you’ve really had four. LOL. The staff/owners are also fun and very friendly. And, love the menu… where else can you get mac & cheese pizza and another must-try is a slice of Hell Fire! YUM!!! Thankfully I live in town, so I’ll be back SOON :)

We needed a quick lunch before our train ride up to Pike’s Peak so we just popped in here, which was just across the street from where we parked. It’s definitely a no frills, casual place, but the staff was friendly, giving us recommendations and being patient while we decided what to order. My wife got the special with a slice(she chose Hellfire), 3 garlic knots, and a soda for $ 6.66. Not a bad deal. She enjoyed her pizza, but the garlic knots were a little underwhelming. I ordered the Incline calzone(mozzarella, ricotta, mushrooms, spinach, artichokes, and bacon), which was solid. It took a little while for them to cook it, but it was huge and definitely filled me up. Much more bang for your buck than the pizza, so if you’re really hungry you might want to go for the calzone.

LOVE this pizza. NY style is my fav. Great crust! I’ve only been here once so I can’t say too much about it, but I was impressed. The service was very friendly. It’s a tiny little place and I imagine it can get crowded. It was a great experience for me!

Great joint for pizza! Excellent crust and toppings. A little pricey @ 9 $ for 2 slices, but quality sometimes costs extra. Bottom Line: Go here for some excellent pizza. You won’t be disappointed.

Hell’s Kitchen Closed at 9:30 on a Saturday!!! Not 11:00pm as listed on the web site must have been a slow winter night, but now the family very disappointed and hungry. Why would the web site say one thing and the staff say another when we arrive? Obviously the owner has not updated the web, this is important business etiquette, not sure how that works but seems they might want to pay attention!!! Always good pizzas though!

Pizza was everything I dreamed it would be. I ordered a large half cheese half pepperoni with hell fire garlic knots, walked across the street to the park and devoured all of it in one sitting then contemplated immediately going back for more. Excellent New York style pizza, best in the area.

The two guys working the counter President’s Day were worth the trip alone! Good pizza!

This is a mixed review for me. I’ve eaten here twice. One time was amazing and the other time completely opposite of that. The first time I ate here was after the Coffin Races. There was a line outside the door. I had Grandma’s and the Mac n Cheese pizzas plus one each of the knots(spicy, garlic, and cinnamon). I didn’t care much for the Grandma’s but everything else was DELICIOUS! I was definitely going to take my parents here when they came to visit. Yesterday I ate there after the Fruitcake Toss. It was less busy but all the tables were filthy. When we asked someone to clean off our table he acted like I was annoying him. He did it begrudgingly. This time I got the White Pizza and the Mac n Cheese. The White pizza was unimpressive so I was looking forward to the Mac n Cheese pizza because it was so amazing last time. It was abysmal. The whole thing was cold and the Mac n Cheese was stale. The crust was stale on both pizzas. My friend ordered the veggie pizza because she said it was great last time. This time, it looked like they threw raw veggies on a cheese pizza. The veggies were not even baked into the pizza at all. She ended up scraping off the mushrooms because they were really spongy and her pizza was also not very hot. Based on the last time I was there, I’m not sure I’ll be back. The testy staff member plus the cold, chewy, flavorless pizza left me seeking other options next time I’m in Manitou. Really hate to leave this review because they were incredible the first time.

Good NY pizza. Pretty pricey at $ 9.00 for 2 slices and a drink, but it was good. Had the grandmas and a plain.

Always great to land at a dive pizza joint. The cashier was super friendly, a New Jersey guy. I had a piece of pepperoni and cheese pizza which was yummy and garlic knots which were ok. Not the south so no sweet tea only sodas. My guy had the hell fire pizza which lit his ass up. Lol the white pizza he had was the best I have ever had. Loved it. Small place so not a lot of seating but cannot wait to go back.

love love love! If I lived here I would come eat all the time. All the knotts are delicious. The pizza by the slice is tasty and old like most places. It’s a cute cozy spot with flames and hot food.

It ain’t Manhattan, it’s Manitou… but with pride, this eatery serves a good pie and those knots to boot. Friendly service is plus and the walls of New York nostalgia don’t dissapoint.

On my trip to complete the Incline, I stopped at Ruffano’s Hell’s Kitchen Pizza. It was definitely a great decision. If Manitou Springs wasn’t so out of the way, I would be hitting up this pizza joint more often. I highly recommend coming here. You will not be disappointed, especially if you like thin crust pizzas. Honestly, the prices are a little steep. But, the pizza is well worth it here. The taste is great and the portion is also very decent. I had the four cheese pizza. There were balls of ricotta on the pizza that I just loved. I was a fan of biting into the puffy ricotta. There was nicely made thin crust on my slice. It was super crisp and not flaccid at all. Ruffano’s is the best hole in the wall pizza you’ll find in the area. I can’t wait to come to this place after the Incline again.

Sicilian pizza, so excited!!! Off our diet for the end of our vacation. Be aware the Sicilian on the menu says an hour but we waited over 2 hours… smells and look delicious. We wondered around manitou so no worries on the wait. So worth the wait just got home. The crust is perfectly crisp, cheese extra creamy, toppings are ample… just order it ahead or relax and enjoy manitou for manitou.

This place is tiny! The owner lady is not that nice. She seems impatient. Anyway, we got the lunch specials for $ 6.66 each and bottled Jarritos. I got the mac and cheese pizza slice which was surprisingly really good!!! My husband got the Hells Kitchen Pizza slice and also said it was really good! The cinnamon knots, hells knots, and garlic knots were all amazing as well!!! I would definitely frequent this place again if I visited!

Huge slices! Large knots(garlic, etc). Good prices, and super fun and friendly staff. Good meal after the Manitou incline. 2 slices is enough to fill any 1 person, given thier size(see photo with slices next to a $ 1 bill). This explains the price for a whole pizza being over $ 20. Restaurant area is smaller, but nice. It’s located super close to the incline. Pizza was a bit greasy, but delicious and well cooked/prepared. Crispy crust and the right amount of other ingredients. They have a good variety of pies also.
