Parents have this and I used to have it as well. Incredibly slow and unreliable to the point of being more aggravating than helpful. Good idea but bad implementation. The problem with the situation was that I was living in a rural area and this was the only option other than dial up and this was only slightly better.

No data cap, which is a positive. But slow as a snail. A service to get when there is absolutely no option out there, anywhere. Could upgrade their equipment to get the point-​to-​point quicker but it is what it is.
