Well… We had good service when we came here! I wish the bagel sandwiches had cream cheese on them :(. It’s really dry!!!
I’m a bagel snob and i wish the bagels were softer and more chewy…
I’ll have to ask when they have a fresh batch next time. If they put cream cheese on it would have been a great experience. I’ll be curious to go back and see if we have a good experience again.

I used to go to this location all the time as a child. Now, it has gone downhill. There were 3 employees working, and all of them looked unprofessional and stoned. There were no customers in the place, only a man taking his kids to use the restroom. Now I know why! I ordered a salad and the employee had no idea how to make it. He was literally turning around and looking up at the menu to see what was in the salad. There were fruit flies flying around me as I tried to eat. Gross. Will not return.

Disappointing to say the least. No bagels at 1130 am on a Sunday morning.
As someone who lives out of town I look forward to having a bagel from bruggers. Too bad a place that specializes in bagels, doesn’t have bagels to sell…

I really like the hot chai. The people are friendly. They did mistake tomato for lettuce on my order once but otherwise the service and food has been great!

Awful awful awful is all I can say. Terrible service. It was not busy there was 3 people working. NOT ONE acknowledged me standing there waiting to order. I say to «Justyn» my order he says «ugh what» I repeat my order with the simple task of no onions he proceeds to make the sandwich with onions anyway when I acknowledge this he seemed angry to have to take them off. My second order was an egg sandwich with cream cheese as I was paying I was not able to watch him make this one, my biggest mistake. When I got home I noticed He not only forgot the cheese on my egg and cheese but the cream cheese also that I made sure I asked for 3 times.
