I’m so angry. I received a pizza today, and it looked like someone had been carrying it sideways. All the cheese and sauce had slide to one side, so half my pizza was just dough. It also looked like someone had squished it. Not pleased.

The worst pizza I have ever had. Ordered a slice that came from their warmer on the counter, needless to say it was not warm. The crust was nasty. Never again !!!

This is some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Honestly, I’d rather have Pizza Hut. First, this is not a real pizza place. I ordered a slice and the guy took it out of the warming container on the counter – first hint that this would be bad. Indeed, it was not hot and barely warm. Secondly, the sauce was gross, the dough was far too thick, and the cheese semi-congealed(due to not being hot). Lastly, I had asked for plain and there was a piece of pepperoni on the side. If I was a vegetarian that would have been problematic. The slice was so gross that I couldn’t even finish it. Skip this dump and go to Pavone’s down the road! That’s what I’m going to do as soon as I finish typing this. Added note: it was expensive here for this icky slice. $ 3.00 vs the $ 2.20 I just spent at the delicious Pavone’s.

Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. No actually it is the worst pizza I have ever eaten and believe me I’ve eaten some pretty bad pizza. Thinking about it I would rather have one of those $ 1 pizzas out of the freezer section next door at Tops. I’ve ordered Marks a couple different times and both times I was left very disappointed. If you constantly like your pizza with lots of bitter pizza sauce and very little cheese then you found the perfect place. To their credit I would say they are open late, delivery is pretty quick although you might need to go find your own pen to sign the receipt and their garlic bread sticks were pretty good at least when they were fresh. I would recommend heading across the street to Pavone’s Pizza.

ok, i seldom give five stars to any dining establishment. it’s just too hard to be perfect, right? well, mark’s actually is and deserves the stars. and, trust me, i’ve searched high and low for good pizza(the ubiquitous«NY pizza) for nearly five years. a coworker suggested mark’s and i thought, chain pizza place in a not-very-inviting manlius strip mall? but mark’s knocked it out of the park. first off, you can go to their website, check out the menu and order and pay online, which is a major time-saver and super-easy to do. we ordered a medium pizza, buffalo wings and a side salad. everything was ready to go when we got there, friendly guys, just had to sign the credit card receipt, and we were on our way. they’d included utensils, napkins and paper plates in with the order, which was a nice touch. the food is the deal, right? everything was on point. pizza was with very authentic, yeasty and crusty dough, great sauce and generous toppings. bravo there. wings were perfection — perfectly sauced, juicy, tender, full of flavor. salad was huge and full of very fresh vegetables(if you order online you can customize the salad — and everything else, actually — exactly to your specifications). we live in cazenovia and will happily schlepp to manlius from now on, passing(happily) caz pizza, pavone’s and others to go to mark’s. this place is excellent.
