If you drive through this Chik-​Fil-​A double-​check your bag and double-​check to make sure you have every item. More than once we’ve driven through and didn’t get all the food we paid for. The only solution they offer is for you to drive back.

This is a Chick-​fil-​A. They are the same as every other one. Which is good. They are my favorite chicken sandwich and nuggets. As every other one, the workers are friendly and nice. Always clean. Their breakfast is good too. Drive-​thru is quick, fresh and hot.
I see that some of the reviews are poor, which surprised me as I have never had anything except always great. I have never had an incorrect order and it has always been spotless.

To many flies and Mosquitos inside my sandwich lettuce second time this happen first inside in my drink now went to the window but if u came inside there’s too many flies maybe is because the trash cans are always to full.

The best customer service! They set the bar high and never disappoint! Great food and cheerful faces– always. Recently renovated restaurant and even during busy times, the lines move quickly!

This is by far the worst chick fil a location and I’m upset it’s the closest one to my house. Everytime there’s even a few people in line the orders get crossed and they rush you so you don’t look at the food which turns out to be completely wrong. The last 2 times I’ve been they are rude at the window. I always give them the benefit of the doubt because of how good the food is and all other locations are so much better… why can this store not get it together?

Like most CFA, you expect friendly service, clean dining and delicious food, but what sets this place apart from the others is the décor and setup. It feels more like coffee house where you can just park in one of their cool booths over some yummy food. Restrooms are also very clean and has the automatic mouthwash dispenser.

The employees are nice, they say everything they’re supposed to say — «my pleasure», but they need to be cleaning that playground AT LEAST once a day. The playground area was so smelly. Where the sunlight hit the steps going up into the tunnels, you could see large chunks of dirt, dust, human hair, pet hair, and food. There is no way the playground looked like that in just one day. I had to take my kid out of that place asap.
Parking lot is small, but that’s fine Walmart’s huge parking lot is next door. Drive thru is always pretty decent on timing. Employees are usually chipper and smiling. I really can’t think of any other negatives. But for someone like me who has multiple young children, the playground area can make or break whether or not a business gets my money.

I went to there twice this wk and both times they got my order WRONG and I had to repeat my order 3 times to get it right! I am very disappointed with the service that I had gotten the last couples of time.

The food is great obviously, but i’m here to comment on this location specifically.
I came here with my fiancé. Prior to coming here, I needed to buy some makeup, so i decided to play around and put some on his face as well to show him how he would look with foundation on.
I went to find a seat while he ordered and the cashier accused him of being gay. He asked him, condescendingly, what product he had on his face, he said that his fiancé put it on his face, not him. The cashier replied, «I’m sorry, what product did he put on your face?»
He pointed at me, and said «it was her.» They were laughing and making fun of him. it was pretty offensive. I knew Chik-​fil-​A was a little conservative, but this was rude, unfriendly, and embarrassing. Bad customer service.

Chick-​fil-​A is the Ritz-​Carlton of Fast Food! They are the most well mannered, professional, well trained employees in this business and most other businesses can get in this line as well. Customer Service seems to be ahead of everything. A brilliant business model in my opinion.

Kids eat free on Tuesday nights (1 free kids meal per adult meal). Love that. Aside from that, it’s a Chik-​fil-​A. So, polite and friendly staff, clean dining room (even when it’s insanely busy), and excellent service are the minimum level of expectations.
Doesn’t hurt that the food is relatively healthy and not served by a freakish cartoon clown or false monarch. (who doesn’t love cows?)
I love Chik-​fil-​A. For fast food, it’s about as 5-​star as it gets.

This is an excellent Chick-​fil-​A. I do recommend if you don’t like crowds to go before 12 or after 1 for lunch, because they get really busy. There is never to long of a wait though. The restaurant is always kept clean. Even the kids area doesn’t smell. (yay!)
I also appreciate that they make little cups of cheerios for the wee ones.
