I have used this cleaner on a couple of occasions. On the first our order was lost. The order was not simply one or two items but 20 items. We waited for over twenty minutes until they admitted they lost our order. We were getting ready to leave and someone came from the back acting as if it was an imposition to bring the items up. We then paid over $ 60 for the 20 items, not exactly a bargain considering the size of the order. No apologies or discount for the inconvenience. Second time I put 2 pants and one shirt in on a Friday at noon. On Monday I came in after 4 to be told it would not be ready until 5. Most places would have it ready by then or at least give a little insight. They just flat out said come back later. When I got the order I later put on the pants to discover they ruined my pants. This place is overpriced, poor customer service and have terrible quality.

I have used this dry cleaner multiple times and they have always fulfilled their duty.
Today’s drop off went well. I didn’t have to wait to be helped (around 5pm) and the clerk was very nice and patient while I searched for a spot on a pair of pants I brought in.
Tuesday’s and Thursday’s are 30% off dry cleaning services. 4 stars because I didn’t know this information until today.
PS– as of 10−1−15, they are hiring.

If I could give ZERO, I would! The hours posted are a 7:00 AM open to 7:00 PM closing. This morning, my husband was there at 7:00 AM to pick up clothing for a business trip leaving today. No one was there. Many customers were lined up waiting to get their clothing but no one had still shown up 2 hours later. We will not use this business again and highly discourage anyone from doing so if you need to depend upon the operating hours.

Tried this cleaners and I am now waiting almost an hour for them to open. Horrible first experience!

This location lost a pair of my pants. They didn’t provide any kind of receipt when I dropped them off. I’m out $ 125 for new pants and they could care less. The manager, Melissa Fiver, told me she would do some research and get back to me. It’s been three weeks and nothing. That’s after it took a week for her to even call me back. Horrible service!
