Is it really that hard to get an order right? Especially when it’s placed on the web and printed out right in front of you.

Wonderful food and great service. Every time we go they are friendly and fast. The restaurant is clean. I love the drive thru. Very convenient when you want to go in your pj’s. . Tonight we had sandwiches delivered and the delivery person was very nice and kind.

I love Jimmy John’s but the service at this location is the worst of all the Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. Tonight was my third and final visit to this location. The employees here are rude, they act like they’re going out-of-the-way to help you with simple requests like requesting a copy of my receipt, napkins, and mayonnaise packets since they won’t put that on the smaller sandwiches(which makes zero sense) My sandwich had way too much mayonnaise on it but I wasn’t going to dare take it back.

Very poor service. I dared to ask the guy at the window for a receipt and he basically told me off and told me it was already in the bag. I usually experience standoffish service at most Jimmi John’s.

When I first heard about Jimmy Johns fast delivery, I was a bit skeptical. I have to say, this place is awesome. The food is very good and the delivery speed is ridiculously fast and friendly. This particular Jimmy Johns is rapidly becoming my go-to for a healthy and fast… and I mean very fast… meal.

I ordered the bootlegger club as a lettuce-wich. Apprehensive because the bread is so good but I wanted a healthier option. It arrived quickly at my work and the lettuce-wich was so good. Im super happy with my choice. It wasn’t runny like most lettuce-wiches and they finally brought back sprouts. Delish!

Super crazy fast service, like the dude was taking my order and the other guy was making my sandwich at the same time. My order was done before my credit card processed through. The sandwich is tasty enough for a middle of the road sandwich shop, nothing that I would rave on and on about it, and no serious complaints either. The variety of options is pretty typical for a sandwich shop.

Ordered a Totally Tuna and a Vito with hot peppers and no cheese to go. Order was ready in about 2 minutes. Fast service, great sandwiches, nothing else I need to write.

Love Jimmy John’s. The review comparing them to Subway amused me because I feel like at Subway you need all the pickles and sauces to cover up the cheap meat. No offense, really. I love JJ’s because the food is fresh, the meat is higher quality and they are super fast, which is great if you are on a lunch break.

I love Jimmy Johns. Since first trying the location on Matlock just north of I-20 four or five years ago, this had become my sandwich shop of choice. As another reviewer mentioned, it doesn’t offer the«create your own sandwich» experience Subway does…(even though it sounded like they were willing to try and accommodate someone that opted to not order from the menu as best they could with what they had) What it does offer is superior ingredients. Subway’s meats(including the chicken breast) are on par with Oscar Mayer. Processed, chopped up, pressed into some shape and sliced into sandwich slices. Jimmy John’s meats are great — on par with Boars Head premium meats. Real roast beef, real turkey… real delicious. I’ve tried a lot from their menu and I’ve loved everything I’ve ever had there. I’d recommend ordering straight off the menu here… maybe minus ingredients you know you don’t dig… and save your creative streaks for subway or home. The only thing that’s ever disappoints me at Jimmy John’s is the very rare, but occasional, stem I bite into when I get hot peppers added to my «Italian Night Club».

I had never been to a Jimmy John’s but was expecting something like Subway. It’s not. Jimmy John’s is apparently designed to get you in and out quickly by having very few choices of pre-designed sandwich. They advertise their tuna as being made with«tasty sauce» — which when I inquired, was informed was soy sauce. That did not sound at all tasty so I skipped it. My honey got it, gave me a bite, and as it turned out you couldn’t taste the soy so I probably should have ordered it. Oh well. They had only one kind of cheese(provolone, blah!), one kind of mustard(or packets), no sliced pickles to put on your sandwich, etc. I didn’t like the sounds of any of the sandwiches as-is on the menu and asked if I could just have a sandwich that had roast beef, cheese, veggies and mustard. It was edible but blah. If I liked having mayo on my sandwich I might have liked it better(that is their default on just about all the sandwiches). Provolone is blah, why bother at all with cheese if you’re going to use provolone. And no pickles on the sandwich? They put two thin slices of roast beef on there, I could barely taste it. The prices were cheap but if I want a sandwich, I want it my way and pretty much every other sandwich chain has the«parts» for me to get it my way — and Jimmy John’s doesn’t. This shopping plaza had a burger joint and a fried fish place right next to it — I’d probably try one of those next time if my friends brought me by here to pick up our dinner again.
