What an annoying experience. Laura (who told us her name more times than I can remember) was so pushy. I get it, you are on commission, but when I told her my husband and I just wanted to look around a bit and ensured her I would find HER when we were ready, ignored my request and proceeded to tell my husband every single item that was on sale and special that day. After he finally got through to her that he just wanted some space to look, she came over to me in the suit dept where I had fled to get away from her and fired a string of questions at me about what he needed, what was in his closet, where would he where it, did he own a suit, what size was he? All she accomplished was chasing us out the door because she was so over bearing. We took our money else where and bought him a great wardrobe and were helped by pleasant staff with stellar listening skills. «Laura» could take some lessons from this other stores staff.
