Service is beyond terrible at this location which is sad because I love bertuccis. I’ll get take out but rarely waste my time eating there. Time to hire some professional staff.

I love the bertuccis in North Attleboro but this one sucks! Every time I go here there is an issue. Last time I went they weren’t even busy and a server had not approached my table in 10 minutes! I walked out because that is bad service. All the waiters were too busy chatting it up too see what we wanted to drink or bring us bread. Bad service here and poorly run by management. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this one any time soon.

Went here for lunch/early dinner. My server Doug was awesome! He is a very good server he made it a 5 star experience. I saw him and a female server helping each other out that is a very good thing to see. She grabbed some empty plates soon as I finished. He also helped her with her table a little bit. I had the Jambalaya, Doug offered me freshly grated cheese I declined but I liked that it was offered to me… My girlfriend got a cajun salmon. Our food was perfect!!! The rolls and the oil with spice were awesome and we didn’t even have to ask for them. We both got a salad before our meal. The salad’s were great. Better than other Bertucci’s I have been to. We both shared a half pitcher of their Mascato sangria, Doug poured our first glasses for us. Doug checked our ID’s too. When I return I will definitely ask for Doug to be my server again. I would recommend this Bertucci’s to anyone!

The food and service have always been spot on and quick every time we’ve been since it opened — plus the rolls are free. We’ve tried almost every kind of pizza on the menu and they’re all delicious.

This place is very poorly run. We were told that the wait would be 25 minutes. It was over 45. It took a long time for a waiter to help us. Two members of our party left to get food elsewhere. It took us over 50 minutes to get our food. The food was good, but the meal was wrecked by the excessive wait.

I’ve never understood why New Yorkers leave New York, and then carry on and on about how terrible the pizza is every where else. Until now. You see, I’m a Californian. I’ve successfully survived the snowest winter since 1890 something, but I’m still a kale eating, salad on pizza, avocado on toast, almond milk drinking, treat my dog like he’s a baby, crunchy hipster a$$hole Californian at heart. And the pizza here in Massachusetts is terrible. We ordered a pizza once, and I looked at it, cried two tears and had to actually Google«why is pizza terrible in Massachusetts?» It turns out that the Mom & Pop pizza shops here are making Greek style pan pizza, which has a greasy, spongy, flat crust that has basically the same texture from end to end. If you order spinach on it, they’ll slap some defrosted soggy FROZEN spinach on the pizza, and they might cover that with a cheese blend that contains yellow jack cheese. WHY!!! Bertucci’s is not the kind of place I’d usually eat at, simply because it’s a chain. But it’s been the only place I’ve been able to find pizza that doesn’t make me want to cry. At Bertucci’s, I have pizza options! The ingredients are much better quality than anything I’ve seen since we drove through Washington DC in August. There are salads! They are REAL salads, They’re not made with vegetables that were cut up three days ago, and plastic condiment packages of dressing that contain all kinds of scary chemicals, no, they are salads that taste like the person who made them actually eats salad sometimes! The pizza from Bertucci’s has a New York style crust, thin in the center, dressed to the nines with flavorful sauce and toppings, and airy and bubbly at the edges. I never thought a chain place would be my go-to pizza place… but then again, I also wondered if that snow bank I back into with my car every morning would ever melt, and as of today, it’s below my bumper! Bottom line: if the pizza here in New England makes you want to cry two tears, try Bertucci’s.

I was extremely disappointed and upset with this Bertucci’s. We had called in our dinners and drove 20 minutes to pick it up only to stand and wait an additional HOUR. Leaving so frustrated to get home to cold meals and one dish with hardly any pasta in it. It was 80% sauce. I had asked for rolls and dipping oil to only find rolls. This restaurant was being run by amateurs. No one seemed to know what they were doing. I will not be going back to this Bertucci’s any time soon. What a waste of my time and money.

I avoid chain restaurants but there are always exceptions. And this place is the exception. The brick oven pizza is as good as it gets. But even when we venture into their dinner dishes we are always impressed. And you can go wrong with their house salad dressing.

Visited my friend who lives in Mansfield. This place is tucked in a plaza next to L.L.Bean. Went here because my friend had a gift certificate; can’t say no to free! Nothing special about this place. I can only review what I ordered, so that’s what the stars are based off of. It is said their pizza is good. It smells exactly like Pizza Hut, but is kind of a worse version of Olive Garden. Waiter was friendly enough, but lacked personality. We came in on a Thursday for lunch and it wasn’t busy at all. Okay, honestly? The three stars goes to the olive oil and herb dressing and bread. It was super delicious! The bread was warm and baked to perfection. And whatever seasonings were in that olive oil were superb. It was my favorite part of the meal… sadly. A salad came with the meal. The waiter only asked me what I wanted for dressing, so I thought that only I would be getting a salad. But the salad comes in a big bowl for everyone at the table. He gave my friend the Cesar dressing, assuming that’s what she wanted, instead of asking. She didn’t complain. Anyway, I love salad so as long as it’s fresh, it’s hard to screw it up; the ingredients seemed fresh. No croutons though, which I was surprised by. Also, they don’t carry a wide variety of dressings… and they didn’t have any ranch. Seriously?! No ranch? That’s crazy to me. They had a peppercorn type of ranch, but no thanks. I ordered the lunch portion of chicken Alfredo. At this Italian place, it’s a new item, which is really strange to me. It also wasn’t good. It just basically didn’t have any flavor. I don’t recommend it. My friend got some sort of rigatoni? I wouldn’t recommend that either. So all in all it’s whatever. Go, don’t go. It’s not worth the money to me, but if you have a gift card, why not?

I looooove Bertucci’s but this one has a special place in my heart because it was the first one I ever went to(except one in DC that doesn’t count because we got it delivered;) I love that it’s easy to get to, with plenty of parking. I love that it’s mostly booths and there’s never a wait. I love the bread and oil dip — they sometimes add garlic — this should be mandatory :). I love the free lunch salad(can I eat there at night and NOT get the free salad? No!). I looooove the marguerita pizza cooked till it has a little char. I love the pasta dishes too. I love the staff. It’s all good, and there is no bad :). Bertucci’s pizza even tastes great cold the next day and I can’t say that for any other pizza.

Never ever had a Bertucci’s Margarita Pizza there I did not love. Oh they are so tasty and how can you go wrong when you add in a HUGE salad with house dressing? Ask your server to make sure the pizza is a little more crispy than normal. They tend to hurry it out of the oven too quickly for my taste, which leaves it slightly more doughy. I like crispy, but the taste — oh so good no matter how it’s cooked. And you’re right next to an LL Bean!

I have been to quite a few Bertucci’s now throughout the Northeast and I have always enjoyed their food. I can say that this Mansfield location is the Worst one I have been to. I went there for lunch, the Mozarella Fritta was burned, my Rosemary Calzone was under cooked inside and burned on the bottom. Even my glass of Coke wasn’t that good due to it being filled with way to much ice. So Bertucci’s overall is good Italian food, but this location was well below par today :(

The restaurant itself is fine… but do not order take-out here and expect your order to come out right. It seems that every time I have placed an order to take home there are errors! The explanation is ALWAYS they are just coming out of training. Order at your own risk!

Being a flexitarian has its advantages when eating out or picking up take-home at an American chain restaurant like Bertucci’s. You can easily eat vegetarian without any trouble here. — they have multiple options from the Starters, Salads, Entrees and Pizza menus. Even more choices if you just ask them to «hold the meat» on the menu items that aren’t already vegetarian. But, eating vegan — my preference if I’m not«flexing» — is a lot tougher… On the Starter menu: Warn Assorted Olives, Tuscan Roasted Vegetables & Vegetable Antipasto are all consistently good at any Bertucci’s — but those are your only choices. Note: If you’re a flexitarian like me, the Tuscan Chicken Wings are hard to pass up if you’ve gone without meat for any length of time ;-) On the Salads menu: Not hard to eat a vegan salad here(«please hold the cheese») or anywhere else for that matter. But, let’s face it. It’s salad you crave, why go to Bertucci’s in the first place. On the Entrees menu: Nothing. Nada. Nil. Ditto for the Pizza menu. Bottom Line: If your goal is to eat vegan, there’s not a lot of reasons to go to Bertucci’s. But if an occasional vegetarian meal is okay, or if you’re «flexing» Bertucci’s remains a great place for a pizza and other take-home(or eat in) items.

Good food, great service. Thanks to the staff for making us feel welcome. Food was average to good. I think you could probably label these guys as a «dependable» spot for filling up and enjoying a meal out.

The olive oil dip for the bread is brilliant. The salmon was Significantly dry. Green beans, um no, way overcooked. The pizza verde had no cheese and was also dry. However the Caesar salad was fantastic. We also had a polenta appetizer and it was overcooked and bland. The server made a thorough presentation of the menu, which was nice. I visit Mansfield often and I will not be going back.

Another solid Bertucci’s experience. Our sever, Sarah D, gave us great service! We had two pizzas, Margherita and Bertucci’s, for our family of four… we split two side Caesar salads as well. My teenagers love Bertucci’s pizza. We can only get it when we travel. The only reason this Bertucci’s visit did not get 5 stars is because the wine was of poor quality. Be cautious of the wine you choose. Kudos to this particular Bertucci’s.

Pretty much a standard Bertucci’s. Maybe it’s that we only go on Friday nights, but it is ALWAYS crowded when my wife and I go here. Calzone’s are good. Pasta, pizza and salads are decent. No complaints about the service.

This opened up 2 years ago in the new Mansfield Crossing shopping center. It is located near L.L. Bean and alongside the pond. They have outside dining and a take out area which is oddly located at the left rear of the establishment. When they first opened, the service was OK and food OK. They seem to have improved. I usually get takeout anyway. The other Bertucci’s Mansfield location downtown is now closed.
