Picked up my new dell laptop today! Quite a line inside but they sent back up quickly to the front of the store to get everyone taken care of quickly. Very friendly staff that are quick and efficient at their jobs. However the guy in the computer department doesn’t so much know his specs on the models they carry.

The assistant manager and floor associate were super nice and patient. They took the time to make sure everything with my online order was correct. They went above and beyond to ensure i had a good staples experience.

I asked for 4 things printed on a certain gray… they have like 20 different grays to choose from and different styles and feel. Ridiculous lol! Service was a little slow though.
