2nd& last yr giving this place my business. Terrible service this year and should have just walked out after sales person was unable to answer simple question about lenses. Purchased name brand glasses(+700) and received the VisionWorks case(trashed already) even when complained about what I received. And oh, you want something to clean it with. After saying all they had was a purchased kit, changed when was told how unbelievable after such big purchase. They do give away a cleaning cloth but be sure to not only ask but threaten your business. I will happily pass this location to give someone else my business, if this place even stays around. Always empty.

My experience with Jessica Waddell is an example of great customer service. She greeted me as I walked in, asked how could she help me then from there got all my info and everything else needed in order to get my prescription lenses ordered for my frames I bought in. She’s very polite, informative, and prompt. I totally recommend this location and going to her.

My husband and I stopped in here yesterday since it was right next to the AT&T store. He wanted to see about getting his annual eye exam and new frames. We walked in and there was one young lady helping another couple. She did not even acknowledge we were there! I understand that you are busy at that moment, but at least say«Hello», or «I’ll be with you as soon as I can». Say SOMETHING to us in the 10 minutes we were in there! If that’s how your employees treat customers, then we will take our business elsewhere! Thoroughly disappointed!

I took glasses in because I stepped on them popped lens out and bent frame. They didn’t even bat an eye about fixing them and did a great job. You can bet when its time for a new pair I will shop here.

I came in close to closing time to see if I could buy some glasses. I was greeted immediately and the staff was very helpful. The woman who helped me ended up getting me set up with two pairs of glasses that were supposed to come in on October 02, so in about a week. I came in on that day just to have someone tell me that the glasses technician had been sick for a week so my glasses were not ready and that a substitute technician would be there the next day and that my glasses would be ready tomorrow and that they would call me, which was absolutely fine with me. Well, five days later, I still have not received a call from them. I didn’t pay over half a grand for my glasses to be almost a week late. This is a huge inconvenience to me and if I had anticipated this, I would have brought my time and my money elsewhere.
