Went in on a Friday night for an eyebrow wax. The woman who did my waxing did a great job, I was very happy with my brows. What I could of done without was her launching into a conversation (unprompted) about her and her boyfriend and his 7-​inch armpit hair and her private area and the waxing she gets and how her boyfriend «wanted to be in the room to watch». I politely «hmmhmmed» because I have hot wax on my face but was horrified because, why did I need to know this information? She seemed a bit nuts but, hey, if you like raunchy talk while getting your brows done, go for it.

I went there twice after that and it was much better. They were definitely patient this time around and did not rush it. The staff was much more friendlier and cut hair just the way I wanted.
