If I can give zero stars I would. Came in on a Saturday evening and jersey shore Mike the situation was at the register with a bad attitude. It’s not like I was hesitating, I had my order ready in my mind and i greeted him with respect. Guess that wasn’t enough for him, unless he was racist? Anyhow, onto the food. Ordered the burger, sweet potato fries and a chocolate shake. Burger patty was a hockey puck, bread was beyond stale and I tasted nothing but tomato. The tomato was thicker than the patty smh. Fries were not fully cooked and the shake tasted like chalk. I don’t get how one can run a business like this. The guy at the front isn’t too inviting either. Saw customer after customer have confused looks after catching his attitude after ordering food. Better off going to McDonald’s than eating this junk. My dog wouldn’t even eat it.

Way too expensive. Me and my boyfriend each ordered a burger and only one of us got fries with it and then 2 drinks. It came to about $ 26. Complete rip off. The burger was okay(definitely have had better) and the fries are totally soggy, my boyfriend wouldnt even eat them. I know everything is fresh and bought locally but nothing is worth that price for a couple burgers and 2 drinks especially when our meals were nothing to rave about at all. The food was alright but I even said to my boyfriend once we left that I won’t be going there again. They should be ashamed for how much they charge people. Fresh or not. Not worth it.

If you love salads, this is definitely the place for you! They serve ultra fresh produce in amazing combinations, including crisp vegetables, and a fried egg, with grilled chicken etc. available on top. You can even call ahead to pick up your order without having to wait in line. The only caveat, is to check your take out orders before you leave, as more often than not they are wrong, or the dressing isn’t on the side as requested, or more recently, the take out portions are ¾ the normal size.

Tried this burger place out and frankly, was pretty disappointed. Our burgers were small, under cooked and generally without much taste. The fries were as limp as a spaghetti noodle and under cooked. We will take Five Guys over this burger place in a heartbeat and for less money. Or spend a bit more elsewhere for a good burger.

I’m a big fan of the salads here. My favorites are the Harvest Kale and the Southwestern Chicken. It’s nice to have a place that in Mansfield that actually lists where their ingredients are from(rather than the bags of pre-cooked meats that are delivered to gross chains like Buffalo Wild Wings and TGI Fridays). Plus, I’m a big fan of the 4 Petal juices. A great, healthy alternative for any lunch or dinner!

This was my first trip to a b.good. I’ve wanted to try it since it moved in to Mansfield. I got the southwest chicken salad. I thought it was fantastic and was a nice portion. The lemonades are excellent too. Not too many places around that are upscale fast food and are completely natural and locally sourced. My only complaint would be the hefty prices but good organic food isn’t cheap. I’ll be going back to try other menu items.

Had the pleasure of having lunch here today. I ordered the avocado lime bowl with chicken. The veggies were fresh and crunchy, the chipotle dressing spicy and the chicken extremely tender. Service was quick and friendly and our order was correct. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review was the«super grain» mix offered was overcooked and mushy. Still edible, just not very eye appealing. I will definitely return

Fresh ingredients sure but for $ 12 I would have actually liked a reasonable sized salad. Toppings were minimal and chicken had an odd texture. Bummer as I was hoping for so much more… Now I have to search my fridge for something else to complete my dinner.

This b. good gets a solid 3 – 3.5 stars. I got the Cousin Oliver hamburger, with added sharp cheddar, bacon, and avocado and a side of fries. While the burger was small, it was hefty enough and the meal as a whole as pretty filling. The burger was a little dry, but not unbearably so. My mom got a turkey burger with lettuce, cheddar, and bacon and raved about it. The fries definitely need added salt/pepper and were somewhat dry. I used a lot of ketchup. The food is pretty expensive; these two meals came to $ 26. Luckily, we had a gift card. The price is somewhat understandable, seeing as how they use all local and fresh ingredients, but it’s definitely not a place that I would pick lunch up from often. I went during the lunch rush, around 12:30PM and the wait wasn’t too bad, only about 10 – 12 minutes. The staff seemed to be working quickly and were very friendly. You can tell that there are clearly some issues that need to be worked out, seeing as how it’s a pretty brand new business. However, the good things I’ve heard about other b. good restaurants in the Boston area make this one seem promising.

I’ve tried my fair share of Burger Joints, and this one just didn’t measure up. My $ 7 El Guapo Burger that comes with no sides was the driest burger I’ve ever had. Ever. I would have complained, but from the time of order to me getting that Burger was 15 minutes. Real. Food. Fast? I didn’t have 30 minutes to wait for a replacement burger. The burger is also the smallest Burger I’ve had at a burger joint besides White Castle. And that’s not a good comparison. I think there was one slice of bacon and the bun was firm and brittle. The fries were unevenly cooked. Some almost raw, and some burnt while some looked ground up beyond recognition of a french fry. The order caller was screaming the name of the customer, but the store is only 30′ x 60′. Maybe it’s the wrinkles of newness, but they should have the simple stuff figured out by now.

I’ve eaten at b good before at the one in Dedham and it was amazing. Good size portions, friendly staff, efficient and fast paced. This is my third visit to the Mansfield location and every time has been a bitter disappointment. The wait time on the burger was outrageous. There was one person ahead and it took 30 minutes for a small burger? No one even came out to apologize for wasting my time. One of the same issues as last time, the burger was dry as a brick. Far too overcooked on what looks like an appetizer roll. The fries were soggy with far too much salt. The fact I couldn’t even finish anything left me disappointed and wanting nothing but my time and money back. Hopefully the Dedham store will show them a few things because this was the worst food I’ve ever had. I don’t even think it deserves the singular star I’ve given it.

This place has really good food. I am hooked on their toasted ginger and kale grains bowl. I love that they gave out a coupon sheet when they first opened. The only reason I have four stars instead of five is that they have messed up my food a few times(forgot the chicken, forgot the dressing). However, despite those mistakes I will still go back because of how good the bowls are.

Question how do you screw up french fries? Well they figured it out here. The service was mediocre at best My vegetarian girlfriend liked her sandwich but felt it was kinda small for the price I got a chicken sandwich i asked for it on white bread with cheddar cheese I got it on wheat with American cheese I asked they had honey mustard the brain dead girl stared at me like i was speaking a foreign language and said«we gots mustard«I said no thank you do you have ranch dressing then she mumbled something and finally i said plain was fine over all the only way I will ever go back here is of my girlfriend forces me at gun point

Had a the standard burger, cousin oliver. It was pretty good, but pricier that I thought. A burger with cheese and fries combo is almost $ 12(with tax). My wife had the adopted luke and she loved it. The fries were a bit different, but I liked it. The food is not fast by any means. It took about 15 minutes for us to get our order. Since we had some time to kill, it wasn’t a problem. However, I may try to order ahead if I an short on time.

Tried it out over the weekend. Got the Cousin Oliver on white with fries and a lemon lime soda. I took a few bites and couldn’t even finish it. The burger was so dry. The pickles were so sour, wayyyyyy too much vinegar. The fries were flavorless. The drink was gross and the ketchup was also flavorless. I know healthy can taste much better than this!
We waited almost 15 min for our food. I think people expected faster service cause there were a lot of angry customers waiting. I was with my husband and 2 sons. My 9 year old highly enjoyed it, so I’m just glad $ 40 bucks wasn’t completely wasted.(He got the kids meal cheeseburger) The staff were very friendly though.

B. good, real food fast, opened up in Mansfield, MA on November 21, 2015 and finally offers«fast food» that has healthy options, vegetarian, burgers, salads, grilled vegies, fresh juices from 4 Petal, unique root beer(Maine Root) and so much more. I had the grilled turkey burger, with caramelized onions, pesto, onions, pickle with a side of grilled vegetables. It was cooked well and came fast. The grilled vegetables were perfect, light and not oily. My wife had a traditional vegi burger, seasoned well and loaded with fresh fixens. 2−28−16 update visit. Drop from 4 star to 3 Since the opening in Mansfield, came back Sunday afternoon for another meal, this time brought my mother in law, 1 burger, 1 vegie burger, and a buffalo chicken sandwich, with fries and grilled vegetables and 3 passion fruit drinks, $ 52.34. Expecting a similar experience to the grand opening week, was disappointed. Fries were cold and souo, vegies as well. Sandwiches were good, not greasy, but I had asked for an egg on my buffalo chicken sandwich and it was cooked through. Fries were cold and wilty, yes the are rough cut, but obviously sat for a while. Food is sliding. Think main issue is the chef-cook needs to time better and servers need to watch wait time and ensure hot food. Still fresh and clean, but sliding… hope they see this and really improve, the next time we come. Food was clean, not overwhelmingly ‘heavy’ for a burger(no grease) and fresh… this place is a wonderful addition to the Mansfield restaurant scene. I love the fact you can add your own condiments and have a choice of what you want on your burger. Don’t forget to try all of the awesome fresh squeezed juices from 4 Petal… but b. good does offer sodas, water and other drinks. Sides are great, fries, potato fries, salad, or grilled vegetables. They have great seasonal foods and changes as the season does. Check out their book that shows all the foods they cook, calorie content, how it’s made, etc. Very refreshing to get true food facts. The only(minor) draw back(keeping it from being a 5 star) is a meal(2 burgers — one vegie one turkey) with sides(we took a salad and grilled vegies) and 3 juices(I tried carrot, watermelon and passion fruit). …our meal was $ 41. But select combo meals and save money — we bought everything on the side. Overall — the food was well worth the cost — made fresh to order, you see all the foods and how they are prepared and you feel good after eating a solid meal. Not your greasy burger joint and a great option if you want something that is simple, tasty and healthy. First time I’ve heard of this place, but I hear there are other locations in MA and RI. Check it out, if you are health consciousness, a vegetarian, someone who wants a healthy burger(cooked with no grease dripping from the bun), great salad options and ability to customize you meal — you have a great place to come at b. good in Mansfield(Mansfield Crossing — between Yankee Candle and Jos A. Bank).
