My daughter went for dinner with her two young kids, she ordered a beer, the owner (way older guy) bought her the next beer and then proceeded to ask her if she wanted something else? She said no that’s ok (feeling uneasy) he told her to bad he wasn’t off they could go have drinks! Uhhh no, she left already thinking she’s not going back there, when she got home she sees a Facebook request from him, he apparently got her name off her debit card!!! This is unacceptable and unprofessional and down right stalker status! How many times is he doing this???

First, my son wanted just chicken, rice and cheese on his burrito. The waitress said that it wasn’t possible because it «had to to be super burrito.» Seems like it should be easy: just put those three items on it and stop.
Second, my husband ordered carne asada. It looked good but tasted rancid. He explained this to the waitress who just stared at him in disbelief for a few minutes then took it and said, «I’ll have to ask the cook.» She returned and explained that the meat was new but «he said you could order something else.» Gee thanks.
He then tried to order a burrito with green sauce on top. She said, «No, that wouldn’t taste good.»

My entire family got sick here last night. The manager Chris was a complete a-​hole! My wife had leftovers she was going to take home and Chris handed us a cold only drink to go cup to pack her hot soup in, knowing that the heat would eat through the wax bottom. If you want great food and excellent service DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

My father in law, mother in law, husband and I had early dinner here yesterday. The server/​manager Chris was absolutely rude to my entire family. For the most basic things, such as limes, to accompany our food selections, refills on drinks, he didn’t even know what items they still were serving and what they weren’t. Chris conveyed, «it doesn’t matter anyway and I could care less»! Good customer service and food quality are not found here. They were not even apologetic when we addressed all these issues with them. Needless to say, we will never grace this so-​called establishment again!!!

One of my favorite places! So thankful that I met the owner when I worked at Jamba and he got us to come in and try it! The green enchiladas are my fave and the gravy and cheese to dip your chips is delicious! The staff is always friendly and the prices are great! Will continue coming here for a very very long time!

My mom and I ate here on Friday night. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. I had the number 11 with a beef taco and chicken enchilada. The enchilada sauce is just a bit different with a gravy mixed in with the sauce.

Gave it a two star rating because the server was very nice. The food was horrible, salsa no flavor, beans no flavor, rice no flavor, chips taste old, tortilla were just weird. I will not go back.

I stopped and had lunch with my sister here… we are from out of town. When we walked in there were only two other people there and it was lunch time. My first instinct was to leave but we didn’t know where else to go. Service was good! The food was so bad that neither I nor my sister could eat it. When we told the server and she brought the manager over he got very angry and rude saying that we were the only people to complain in the 10 years that they have been in business. I said well if that is true… look around… it’s lunch time on a Friday afternoon and no one is here!!! I paid for the food which I did not eat because we were on a limited time frame or else I would have called the police myself and posted a complaint. I love Mexican food but this food is the worst food I have ever encountered in my life. Do not go there unless you want to eat garbage.

Out driving around this weekend and wanted some Mexican food so I checked my «I want» App on my phone. Went there and had the Asada nachos… yummy! I would recommend this little restaurant. Very clean, good service, great prices and great nachos!

Another win for Casa Flores.
We were in town going to the DMV to get some car stuff done and needed lunch afterward. We checked Unilocal and were happy to realize that there was a Casa Flores nearby. Since I had great experiences at the one on Ben Holt (Marina) I wanted to see if the others were the same.
It was the afternoon so it was pretty empty when we were there. We had a really nice waitress… I am pretty sure it was her first day because she had to search on the ticket for our selections. She also had lots of questions for the other waitress that seemed to have been working there for a longer period of time.
Food:
Did not disappoint! Still amazing enchiladas and good gravy with cheese. The chips were a little on the older side but were totally fine with the gravy. Because she was new the waitress was not the most attentive thing but hey gotta give her some leeway… shes new.
New waitress, older chips… still 4 stars in my book.

I wrote a review some time ago about Tio Pepe’s. It was a great place to enjoy very tasty Mexican food. Well Casa Flores has replaced Tio Pepe’s. Found out today that there was an illness in the family and they sold out. Stopped in at Casa Flores today for lunch and the place looks the same. Great atmosphere. I found the food to be very tasty and well cooked. The service was the fastest I have had in a long time. Walked in, seated myself, the waiter came immediately with chips, salsa and also took my order. Within 15 min. I had my food. I still miss Tio Pepe’s but I think I found a new place to have lunch. Thumbs up.
