Agree with previous reviewer. I have been seen 5 separate times over 3 years. Every time I have had to wait at least 45 minutes. More often, 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, You are treated like you matter initially, until they have you sign your paperwork. Then you are just a paycheck (once the doctors get involved).
I have so many negative issues with this place I do not know where to begin…
–Will not fill meds despite your pain without going in and physically getting a prescription from the doctor.
–Hour + wait.
–Poor book keeping
–Sloppy work
–Every time I have gone with a new years worth of coverage, I have yet to be reccomended or offered a teeth cleaning
–They did work without taking xrays, basing their work off old xrays from the previous year
I must say this; my daughter and wife also go here and have good service. My daughter has been twice and has nothing bad to say and she is 4. They also see the woman doctor, I dont remember her name. I see Dr. Jasbir.
