It was kind of a weird experience. I’m rounding up to three stars for this strange-brew-drive-thru.
I pull in, make my order (er, HBC plz), and then start to proceed forward to the single car ahead of me.
But I am sitting there, for what feels like minutes, while this dude rifles through his trunk, then back to the back seat, then back to the trunk. Eventually I take a pic of his license plate, because I’m like, wtf is going on here?
And then — I think without further contact with the restaurant — dude gets back in his car and drives away.
I pull up, lady in the window still doesn’t have my food ready. I woulda thought that long wait time woulda been sufficient. But. The burrito was indeed pretty good.

I can relate to Raquel R. Went to this location to order a chicken avocado burrito, drove back to Tracy only to determine they left the avocado off my burrito. I did call them right away to let them know, was offered a free burrito on my next visit but declined. I was not complaining to get anything free. I complained to notify them of their incompetence. How do you forget to put one of the main ingredients on the burrito? I do like their chicken which is pretty good for fast food but would go to another location next time!
