Furniture Pros

My husband and I went here after a long weekend of furniture shopping. We knew exactly what we wants and Furniture Pros was able to give that to us! The process was very smooth and easy and we were able to get our couch that next week. The couch came in on a Monday and they delivered it to Tracy that very same night. The delivery guys were very helpful and so fast. We will definitely be back!

I have purchased furniture from Furniture three times and each trip has been fantastic. The people are very helpful, know their product and have great design ideas. With our last trip to the store they had the entire catalog of furniture on a HUGE touch screen monitor (50 to 60 inches) and was perfect because I was able to get exactly what I wanted. The delivery was perfect and they installed everything and even made the new beds up… it was the best! This is the perfect balance of well priced with FULL service! I LOVE FURNITURE PROS!

I recently bought a bed for the guest room in my house. My experience in the store was fine. They are helpful. However I was not impressed with the delivery. I had asked to be able to put the bed skirt on when they set down the box springs. One of the men said they would do it for me. Unfortunately, after they left I realized they had not taken the plastic off the box springs or mattress. They put the bed skirt over the plastic. So I had to struggle to get the plastic off by my self. So sad it would have taken them two seconds to get the plastic off. But because they didn’t do that small piece of customer service, I will not be going back to purchase the couches I need.

Horrible customer service I purchased my my couches the guy that helped me and my fiancé out was a liar said we were going to make a payment of 150 for 6 months and we will finish by then paying the couches and he lied to us and we ended up payin another thousand because he never told us we had to finish paying them in those 6 months and when I called to find out they were completely RUDE!!! GO SOMEWHERE. ELSE

I went in looking for a Queen pillow top mattress & box spring, pointed out what I wanted, ordered and delivered super fast. I’m very happy with the gentlemen who helped me and delivery was professional. Will be a repeat customer. Thank you!

Always professional, and friendly! Quality furniture at a reasonable price and great selection! They have best prices… We’ve tried going to other furniture stores from Manteca to Modesto to see if we might get lucky with better prices, and no luck… Ever! This is our go to place whenever we need furniture again! Happy shopper!

I love this store!!! I bought pretty much all of my living room furniture here. They were so helpful. They didn’t nag me while I looked around but they were always there to answer any questions. I will definitely be going back to purchase more in the future!!! Plus they have awesome deals and financing.

This place is great. I needed a new dresser so I came here. This is my second time buying something here. I bought a California king bed here before and remember a good experience. The store is large and clean and they have a huge selection of everything. They had so many beautiful dressers that it was hard to choose. They let me look around without being invasive. When I narrowed it down to two I asked the prices and one of them had a little ding on it that I did not even notice until it was pointed out. It was the floor model and it was significantly cheaper. I sat there thinking about it and he went down another $ 100 and I bought it. I like that they are willing to negotiate. I was paying cash right then and there so I wanted a deal. They wrote me up and set up delivery for the next day between 2pm and 4pm. The delivery is free which is great. I live upstairs and there are some places that charge for that and they don’t. The delivery went smoothly. The next day I got a call from Steve at 1:30 asking if I got my dresser and I said no and told him the time we arranged. and he asked if I was home and if I wanted it now. I said of course and 10 minutes later they were at my door ready to bring my dresser upstairs. They asked me where i wanted it and I showed them and they set it up for me and were done in 20 minutes. This was very quick and painless and I will go here for all my future furniture needs.

Went in after shopping online and comparing prices at two other furniture store in the area. We were looking just for a new mattress, however my son loved their display bunk beds, so we ended up buying him one on the way out with the money we saved. Our sales rep, Mike, was very flexible and willing to negotiate. We ended up paying less than $ 1400 for a new, comfy mattress, bunk bed for our son, no sales tax, and free delivery.
Cons: Delivery men were supposed to deliver the same day between 2 – 4, called at 4 to say they were 35 minutes away. They set up our mattresses sloppily (halfway on the bed frame). We had to fix their work as soon as they left.

This is the third time I have purchased from here. I never had any problems with the sale lady that we dealt with. We went back this time but she no longer works there. Ordered couches and were told we would have them by the end of next week. So we sold our current ones and I called about the time they were supposed to be delivered. Now they are saying it will be ANOTHER WEEK! Exact words were «it should be the end of next week. They are trying really hard to get it in early, it was originally supposed to be the end of the month.» Someone could have called and told me! I’m afraid I’ll call next week and they will tell me it won’t be until the end of the month! So we will be at least a week with nothing to sit on. I’m not sure I’ll be back after this.

We were pleasantly surprised with this one, we weren’t too sure off of the reviews, but had a great experience!
They have a large selection of home furnishings, and good prices by comparison to other stores. The employees were helpful, and were not overbearing. They let us take our time browsing and were not breathing down our necks. We found a sectional sofa that we fell in love with.
The reason we went into this store is because we dont’ have the best credit, but wanted to get something nice and affordable that we could finance. They were able to work with us and even cut us a good deal.
The two men that delivered the sofa to us were extremely friendly and considerate of our home. While installing the feet on our sofa, their electric drill’s battery died so they asked to borrow a screw driver. They scratched it a little bit, and weren’t able to do the job with it. They came back less than 30 minutes later, they bought us a nice new screw driver [better than the one we had] and had the job done quickly.
I am certain we will be returning for all future furniture purchases. I highly recommend!

Awesome local furniture store. We had a good experience with the employees and they have a nice contemporary selection of living room, dining room and bedroom furniture. boo yuh.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
Head board was delivered damaged. We had to return it to the store, 32 miles round trip.
They would not come & get it.
It will take 30 days + to get a replacement, and they will not deliver that either, or ship it to a home address.
And the lady had nothing but attitude about it.
I would not go back, I will tell anyone that will listen to go elsewhere.

Bought a Couch set today, Original 399 $ talked him down to 300 $ for the Couch and love seat. Clean place customer service was good nothing bad to talk about, really was in a out after i tired to bargain with him. In town shipping too was thrown in too
