Super nice staff. We walked in at 5 minutes to closing (I know, I hate those kinda customers too). They were super nice about it. Helped my son find the game he was looking for and got us out of there in five minutes.
Great deals on games (used) and systems.

I LOVE Game Stop. I’m so glad there’s a business like Game Stop! I don’t play games but when I buy games for my kids I always feel like I’m getting a screaming deal!!! I love trading and buying used. You just can’t beat the price. These guys are always busy so I like to take advantage of their mornings when they are slow.

Great customer service here. Ive been coming for the past few months with the kids, and I like the feel they have going in there.
1. It’s spacious. With plenty of stocked shelves. Employees also give you time and spacing, clingers are a pet peeve of mine…
2. Selection is ok (but stocked most new titles). Remember it’s Manteca, so it’s going to be limited on the used side. Sidenote, the guy working knew every new release date off the top of his head, and didn’t make me feel tech-​illiterate. Which can be common in places like this.
3. Guy working (Brett) very polite, didn’t rush me, even though he was busy and had inventory or restocking? I like when people make time for the customer first, afterall, it’s why they’re there.
4. Product knowledge is ridiculous. As is with most gamestops.
5. Clean, safe area and easy freeway access. I’d recommend this place of business to anyone. Well done, and keep it up…

I visit this game stop very often because this is the best one in the area. I do appreciate the location most of all because it is right next to the highway. The customer service is always great and they are very helpful. They are very reliable but I have noticed a lack of burger King games, the «Sneak King» in particular.

The shining star of this GameStop is its employees. The staff here is really friendly and knowledgable. The manager is a nice guy and seems to make sure everyone feels welcome. As compared to some of the other locations, this one is by far the best.

Very happy with their costumer service. My son’s xbox died and was looking for a new one. Tim checked it out. Did all he could do and it was pretty much dead. Tim was a huge help and we will be seeing him for all our gaming needs.

I always great customer service when I come here. It can get crowded at times but it’s in a high traffic location so I expect and accept that. I came in 30 minutes before closing and received excellent service from who I believe was the store manager «Shaun». I was in there well past closing hours trading equipment and not once did I feel rushed or annoyance from the staff that had to wait until I was gone. They were still engaging in conversation and chatting with my kids. Overall I always have a great experience when I come to this store. Keep up the great work!

Customer services is not found here. If you have ever been to a GameStop and got ripped off and questioned it but after their explanation felt you were taken advantage of and walked out with less money in your pocket maybe you had what they call «the confusing receipt «your not alone. The customer service was rude disrespectful and end the end cost me money for their mistake.

I’ve been going here for the past year or two since it’s been around and it’s my main stay for video games. The store manager is really nice and so are the employees. They take a lot of time to tell you whatever you need to know about video games. I’ve bought a million used games there. I know there are two Gamestops in Manteca, but this is the better one of the two because you get treated like a guest. The other one closes early and doesn’t give you the attention you deserve. Great job guys!
