Friendly staff, clean floors and counters. Haircut very nice. Not like any other supercuts I’ve been too. Use a warm towel to clean up little stray hairs, very nice touch.

This supercuts location exceeded my expectations. Wonderful customer service, a short wait, and the best haircut I have had in a very long time. This is my new haircut place!

I didn’t expect much, especially after my visit to the North Main Street location.
Stephanie was enthusiastic, and that’s good, because she was the only one there at the time. There were no other employees and no other customers. There was a sign in the window claiming «low wait», though on the opposite side, it said «no wait».
She quickly and accurately took care of business. She asked questions and took the answers into account. The price was $ 16, which seems a bit high for a place without sinks to wash hair but it’s likely more expensive because of the shopping center. It seems to me that the other location was just under $ 14.
While I’m still looking for the right place, this could be better than acceptable.

Could not recommend this shop any more! It is fast, competent and professional. The stylist I am absolutely a fan of is Johnna… she listens, she shares her expertise, and I always get the hair cut I want. She is attentive and focused, but still manages to greet anyone who comes through the door! She knows the products as well. The shop is always clean and welcoming. And, I have never waited more than 5 minutes to get my hair cut. My husband also uses her for his hair cuts, and has never had a complaint. We have gone there for years and would never go anywhere else!

For years I went to a SuperCuts in Pleasanton.
So I kept to them when I moved. Went here 3 yrs ago and had a good experience. Since then I’ve been cutting my own hair to save money. Then 2 weeks ago I went to a different salon in town. Horrible experience twice. Decided to go see if SuperCuts could fix it or just chop it off and start over.
Stephanie was able to fix the cut and help me find a good product to use to fix what happened at the other salon. She was knowledgable and very nice. Did a wonderful job on my hair!!!
Bonus, another stylist tried talking to her and she said they could talk later as she wanted to focus on me. I’ve never had a stylist put me before chatter. That meant a lot me.
When I got home I double checked my hair and styled it. I’m a happy gal and look forward to Stephanie helping me get the long style I want.
Will be going back to her for sure and recommend her for any gal that loves their hair.
