IHOP

Just learned on «some» IHOP gives their veterans a discount, but this one does not! Thumbs down big time. And only has kids eat free on Tuesday, use to be every night after 4pm. Would of traveled to Stockton to that one and that’s pathetic Manteca

Food was good. But wow could service be a little bit better, my husband had to ask everytime to get a refill. All two times it happen. It’s to bad for waitress she got her 8% BUT good service would of got her 20% tip minimum but really place wasn’t even busy when we went… bad service saved by good food.

Are you kidding me? THE most expensive breakfast place in town. Pancakes are SUPER Cheap to make, so why does it cost me $ 10? It may have a little strawberry and whip cream, but overall, it may cost them $ 1.50 to make, and yet they charge me $ 10. Wait times are long, so come early. Not a big fan. I will not be going back.

I’ve visited this IHOP twice and both times I have had mediocre service. The first time I picked up an order and the person at the front desk seemed like she didn’t want to be there. This time, my aunt and I went and sat down. The person who showed us to our seats was great. Our server was great at first but when it came time to take our order, she forgot about us. It was time to pay and our server’s shift was over so we asked the next server for a box, (she didn’t seem like she wanted to work there either). By the time it was time to pay, we went to the front and the person at the front desk and another employee were having a full fledged conversation while we were trying to talk to her. It just seemed rude to me. I’m giving this IHOP a two because I already know I like the food at IHOP so whenever I review an IHOP, I base it off of customer service.

Love this IHOP! The service and the food there have never let me down! My family and I are always content!

My family and I went early sunday morning (9 am), and to our surprise they weren’t overly busy and we were seated right away. The food was your typical IHop breakfast food, nothing overly special, this is not to say it wasn’t good. We were all satisfied with our orders. The country fried steak breakfast is very good and will likely be a regular for me when we come here.
The server was kind, courteous and attentive to our needs. She brought my 1-​year old daughter an activity sheet and crayons, very cool.
We will definitely be coming back to this location.

Always love IHop for the variety of breakfast items! Kid friendly as always! I had a dinner item n other family members had breakfast ;)
Pleasant service

Came to this particular IHOP with my family for the first time today & wasn’t disappointed. There was a bit of a wait, but our waitress Lee was super nice! She brought our drinks out super quick and our food didn’t take long either. She checked up on us frequently too. Food was good & I will definitely be coming back.

After being turned down at Johnny’s we came here.
I gotta say I wasn’t expecting much from an IHOP. This is the best IHOP I’ve been to.
Glad we stopped. Service was excellent. Sat right away. Got drinks very fast. Food came out quick and hot. Very pleased with our experience here.

My boyfriend was visiting from out of town and normally we are Denny;s fans but came to IHOP instead. I couldnt believe the different flavors of pancakes they had!!! I ordered the New York Style Strawberry Cheescake pancakes! OMG! Delicious! My honey ordered a bacon omelet with pancakes. He enjoyed them. On top of that our waitress, Crystal, was awesome. She was very engaging and actuallly looked like she enjoyed her job. She was very enthusiastic and nothing short of amazing! I DEFINITELY will go again.

Decided to have breakfast for dinner here at my local IHOP and I am glad I did because it did not disappoint. Our server was Jeremy and he was very nice and efficient. He checked on us regularly and was so sweet and helpful when we asked about picking up the tab of another patron that had special needs but wanted to keep it a surprise. The man had another waitress and Jeremy talked to her and brought us his tab and just told us to take care of everything at the end. I ordered the quick two egg breakfast and my husband the Denver omelet. I loved my breakfast. Everything was cooked perfectly. The one gripe was the toast did not have enough butter but it was still good and I ate it all. My husband ate all of his omelet and seemed to enjoy it. The only other issue was the hostess Nadia, first off she talks so low and mumbles so you cannot understand a word she says. It took forever to decipher when she asked if wanted a booth or table. Then she kept mumbling after that and we just decided it was futile to keep trying to figure out what she was saying so we just nodded. Then the entire time she was condensing ketchup bottles but kept making obnoxious noises the whole time. Then when it was time to go and she rung us up she had no clue how to comprehend that we had two checks we were trying to pick up. She made it more complicated than needed. Other than her the experience was great and I will be back!

Was kind of shocked when I went to this location. Not all I-​Hops are created eqaul. For instance we stopped off while on the road, money was tight and there was 6 of us. In my hometown, kids eat FREE every night from 4−10pm. That was not the case here, kids only eat free on Tuesdays from 4 – 9. Our waitress was really friendly and patient though and the food was good.

Best breakfast in town! Just gets a little busy on weekends

Love when they have unlimited pancakes. There biscuit and gravy is killer here too!

This is a very good IHOP. I’ve never seen it dirty and the service is usually top notch. We got a new guy recently and he did okay for being new, we got him again 2 weeks later and he was much improved. I’ve never had a problem that was serious and the minor ones are resolved quickly and professionally. The manager found the pill box we forgot on the table and saved it for me to pick up that night. There is usually an open table unless you go during rush hour (like Sunday brunch) and even then the wait is not bad. The food is always hot and delicious and the seasonal specials are always a fair price.

I went there with my boyfriend. We had a buy one meal get one free coupon so I got the all you can eat shrimp and he got the bacon burger. The shrimp was really good. I gave it 4* because they took forever to refill our drinks

As a Stocktonian, I hate to bash my adopted home, but why is it the IHOP in Manteca beats your butt? Great servers, quick tasty food prepared to the customer’s specifications and clean (women’s) bathrooms (albeit the strange musty smell of a swimming pool locker in the summertime).
Mike, our server, rocked! He was conscientious enough to (a) check on us several times and (b) he REMEMBERED my «no salt added» rule for my fish and extended that to my potatoes! What waiter does that? One that earned a 20% tip from me, that’s who!

I usually like iHop in the bay area, but this ihop always seems a little different. I’m not sure what it is.
Anyway, we came in was seated and like i swear three people were waiting on us. The guy waiter told us that he’ll be right back. After that, a supervisor? (she was wearing a blueish dress shirt w/​dress pants) gave us menus and got our drinks. Then a third waitress came and asked if we wanted something to drink. Three in a row! I think the third waitress was mistaken of which tables she was suppose to be serving. Haha.
Anyway, their new promotion on those creamy cheesecake stuffed pancakes tastes absolutely delicious and heavenly.
I also tried their watermelon lemonade. When reading the name, I thought it was going to taste weird, but it actually tasted quite well. I also liked the mango lemonade. That tasted nice as well.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon with my daughter after a Bowling Tourny down the street. She had been wanting to go since she had seen so many commercials and try some of their special Pancakes.
We were seated quickly by someone that was either off his shift or just coming on. He was in a white undershirt and his work shirt was tossed to the side. I guess he felt someone better seat us since the person that was supposed to was too busy talking on the phone and didn’t even bother to even look at us. Thank You Mr. No Red Shirt! I think I would have been standing there still today if you had not been there.
We were greeted by Camila, a very sweet waitress that looked like she was there to do a job and a good one at that. She took out order (Cinnamon-​roll style pancakes and a Spinach, mushroom and tomato omlette) and came back shortly with it. All very hot and very tasty. It started off to be a good lunch but for some reason we had an employee behind us that felt is was absolutely necessary to mop the floor with a scrub brush. This sounds a lot like someone scraping a chalkboard… not one of my favorite sounds while dinning… call me weird…
All in all, it is a nice clean (especially the floors, ha ha) and the staff is very friendly… maybe they can save the floor cleaning for 3am when maybe there is no one there and they need something to do to stay awake!

I always get treated well here. It is rare that they beat me or yell at me.
I ate what I think is a clubhouse spinach salad with non-​wilting spinach dressing and deep fried chicken mixed in. Bacon slices, blue cheese crumbles and a light dressing. It was actually very good.
I want to go back, this time I will order my own spinach salad instead of stealing someone elses salad.
09÷29÷08 I went back, this time I bought my own salad and guarded it. ummm!
