Subway

The subway in Manteca is so clean and the employees are very friendly. My sandwich is always delicious and the vegetables are fresh! I always end up leaving satisfied.

They say they close at 10pm on Saturdays, we were sure to check the website before we left home so we weren’t wasting our time and have them close at 9. We opened Subway’s door at 9:01 and were told, «we’re closed». I explained that everything says they close at 10, we got no, «Oh, I’m sorry, we had to close early» or anything. Just a rude, «we’re closed».
With like 8 other Subways in this town, never again to this one.

This «restaurant «is the worst Subway I have ever visited. I come to this Subway because it’s conveniently close to all my other errand stops in Manteca, and every time I come here it is the same thing. Meatball sandwich is more sauce than meat, there is so much sauce in the sandwich it soaks through the sourdough (which is a pretty thick bread) and through both paper wrappings; when I actually unwrap the «sandwich» I find a big glob of soggy bread and what scant vegetables were actually in it. There is one «sandwich artist» in particular who just sprinkles the vegetables on instead of layering them, and when I ask her to put more vegetables I get maybe 4 extra slices of whatever vegetable it is she skimped on. She skimped my sandwich so badly once I actually counted every piece of lettuce and spinach, and came up with 26 shreds and 14 leaves. The quality of the food here is ridiculously atrocious, not in taste but in construction.

Friendly quick staff. The usual healthy sandwich you expect from Subway. We’ve come here a few times as it’s near our home.
