I go to a lot of Quiznos across the US. This was one of the best sandwiches I have had at any Quizons. Good quality meat. Put on the perfect amount of sauce. Very nice and clean place. Friendly service.

Just got sandwiches for the family and they were all good. I wish I got her name but she did a hell of a job. Everything was fresh and after they were toasted was even better. This is the 8th time I’ve eaten here and it’s always good. Little tip, if you don’t want your sandwich toasted then say so. It’s protocol for this company to toast it, it’s there trademark trait. Anyhow that’s it.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would! I ordered a sandwich yesterday, which tasted like the meat was spoiled. I called the store to see if I could get a new sandwich made. The lady on the phone argued with me about the meat being spoiled, but finally agreed to make a new sandwich. I go back to get a new sandwich made, the same lady argued with me about my bread choice and kind of sandwich I wanted. She told me I could only get pretzel bread with the pastrami sandwich. If that if so, why is it listed in the choices of bread? I also asked for a sandwich other than turkey, which was the meat that was spoiled. Her response: «fine, I’ll give it to you so you won’t complain again». Uh seriously!!! What happened to the customer service here?!? I will not be going back to this location because of the level of rudeness from this employee.

Quiznos has always been one of my favorites. Love the toasted combos, their kids meals are good too. The chopped salads are also a nice change, the pita bread goes good on the side and isn’t way too much food. Love that I don’t go broke after going here with the whole family, that’s always a plus & the service is always excellent.

I gave this place another try on my husbands accord, since he was hungry and wanted Quiznos and this was the closest to us. I was very pleasantly surprised this time by fresher food, friendlier service and great atmosphere. I’ll return, in hopes it stays consistently good!

I don’t really understand this place. Toasting my veggie sandwich??? Nobody wants wilted lettuce. And then adding whatever sauce they wish without asking on MY sub? It doesn’t work for me.

I noticed that a lot of the Quiznos in the central valley of Cali have been closing down. So when I bumped into this one, I couldn’t wait to get inside for the black angus sandwich. It was about 8 pm on a Friday nite. Half the lights in the store were turned off so it was very dim inside. Also, no customers and no music. Very quite and dark inside. Employee was washing up things in the back and seemed to be in closing mode. Friendly. She took my order and then I watched her take all my food out of bins that were set aside and covered in foil or in tuperware type containers, and put it all in the microwave. Yep. $ 11 worth of food slammed in the microwave. I felt like someone was preparing a meal for me at Am-Pm mini mart. My black angus meat, pulled from a container and set in the microwave. My chicken noodle soup, pulled from a container in the back, not the pots on the stove near the register, and microwaved. How insulting. Eating the microwaved meal, in the parking lot in my truck, it didn’t seem to taste right. Didn’t taste the same. Was it the microwaving, or was it this? I watched a woman, of same nationality as employee in Quiznos, go into the store through the front door with a fully loaded shopping cart of groceries, fresh from the Food Maxx across the parking lot. Wtf??? Are these people not using Quiznos standard meats and ingredients and instead getting them on their own at local stores???

So today was my FIRST time eating Quiznos. Yeah… and it will probably be the last. I mean, omg, practically $ 7 for an 8 inch sandwich??? You’re practically almost paying a dollar per inch of sandwich you eat. I ordered my food to go so I didn’t even see it until I got home… my sandwich was burnt! Like it was black. I was so disappointed. The food was meh. Subway is much much better. I am never coming back here.

I have been to many Quiznos and their sandwiches are delicious but this Quiznos in Manteca by Food 4 less shopping center only gave me two slices of turkey meat and a few specks of bacon. It tasted like a salad with bread. I guess they’re trying to save and not use too much meat.

It’s been about six weeks since my last experience here, so I’m a little late posting. This was not my first bad experience here, so I figured it was time to post a review. I will start with the positive… it’s clean. That’s the extent of it. When ordering my basic roast beef on wheat, I had to have the poor girl helping me repeat everything because she spoke such little English. Which in turn meant that I had to repeat back to her EVERYTHING more than once until she understood. Being able to point at what I wanted was helpful. When I asked what my cheese options were I was told«white». Seriously… white. Thinking maybe she misunderstood the question, I asked again and was again told white. The owner stepped in and helped. Finally, sandwich in hand(the checkout process went much the same… use your imagination), I grabbed some peppers and headed to get a drink. Every drink I tried from the fountain tasted like it had cleanser in it, as if some part of the machine had residue in it. I opted for tea from a separate dispense and was ok. I should have known when I saw the peppers that there was something up, but I accredited the«dry» appearance around the edges to the fact the late morning sun was on them. How bad can a pickled pepper be? In the end, I ate two or three bites of my sandwich and tossed it. The owner didn’t seem to understand as I explained to her what was wrong. I’m thinking the specifics were lost in translation. Please understand that I’m not being harsh or racist, I just would hope that someone with a better understanding of the English language be placed in the service industry. That being said, I won’t be returning. The clean atmosphere just doesn’t make up for the bad service and bad food.

This review will be split into two parts: The Food & The Customer Service 1. The Customer Service: Holy flaming dog shit batman! Even Mother Teresa would lose her patients dealing with the manager here. This review is based primarily upon the East Indian lady who always seems to be working. I haven’t dealt with most of the other staff so they need not feel that this applies to them. This lady, her name escapes me because I was too busy having a stroke while dealing with her, kills me. Her grasp of the English language is «functional» at best. My wife and I order from Quiznos every once in a while and about half the time we order for delivery(yes, this location delivers if you buy over $ 20 worth of food). Every time we have ordered from here… something has gone wrong. One time, they made the food wrong. One time, they took an hour and half to deliver after quoting thirty minutes. Yet another time, she had to give the phone to another employee to receive directions to our house(we live down the street ANDSHEHADDELIVEREDTOOURHOUSEBEFORE). All that could be forgiven and overlooked, but the most recent occurrence pushed me over the edge and prompted this review. I called for a delivery order at 11:15am. I gave her our order and after a few seconds of silence at the end of the conversation she told me she would call me back in 5 minutes to give me the order total. I was so stunned by the abnormality of this, that I didn’t have a chance to respond before she hung up. Fifteen minutes later, my wife lost her patience and called them back. Upon explaining the situation my wife was told that the QuiznoLady would call her back in five minutes with the total. Having heard that little gem before, she said«no, let’s do this now and get this going.» QuiznoLady’s response(with a tone) «We’re busy right now.» My wife responded«I don’t care if you’re busy. We are customer’s too and we placed an order twenty minutes ago, process it now.» She finally relented, processed the credit card order, and quoted 30 minutes for delivery. An hour later, we got our food. I’m not expecting my ass to be kissed, I’m not expecting favors or exceptions… all I ever expect when I am a customer is to be treated with a little damn respect and not dismissed. 2. The Food: Nothing special to report. Our food was good and I didn’t get sick. The food is the only reason this place got two stars instead of one. In fact, the food is the only reason we keep going back. A piece of advice, if you plan to eat from this Quiznos… walk in, order your food in person, and drive it home yourself.

This review is going to seem all over the place because this particular location really does have it’s good and it’s bad qualities. The place is very close to where I live so that is why I continue to come here. I will just break it down into sections so it will make sense. The food– I love Quiznos sandwiches but the food here really is hit or miss. It really depends on who is making your sandwich. Sometimes they put way too much of one thing and not enough of other ingredients and there is no balance. Other times they put things you said you did not even want in your sandwich in the first place. To their credit the ingredients are always fresh. I have never had an issue with any food not being fresh here. Customer Service(In store) — Going into the store to get my food has never been a problem. I usually order online or call in my order ahead of time and pick it up and this saves a tremendous amount of time. Be warned that when you call it on order it online be very specific as to what you do or do not want on your sandwich or they will assume things. Once you go in the service is usually very quick and the people are polite and I have never really had any problems thus far. Customer Service(Over the Phone/Delivery) — There is one employee in particular I do not know her name but she is of Middle Eastern decent and she does not speak English very well so personally I don’t think she should be taking phone calls. She interrupts you and as a result the order is always wrong when she takes it. They also deliver which is very convenient but don’t bother if she is working. One time she forgot about our delivery and we waited over an hour. Another time she wanted to know how to get to our house and another employee told her to use MapQuest like they’re supposed to. This time she tried to tell us she wanted to call us back and more or less act like we did not matter as customers. She said she would call us back and when she didn’t I called and demanded that our order be taken and the process be started. She replied by saying«we’re busy right now» I told her I did not care and that we are customers too and I demand to be helped. Then and only then did she help me. She is beyond rude and incompetent to boot. These experiences drag down their rating. You are better off going inside. And if you are on the phone with her ask to talk to someone else if you want your order right. Not trying to mean just stating the facts. Overall if it was not so close by and I did not love their food I would not bother.
