Both the Mens snd Women’s bathrooms are disgusting. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is. Told one of the staff and she just replied «sorry.»

Great food but they use eat24 for online ordering and they suck. Tried twice both times food was letter then promised by a lot

Usually I am very happy with the food and service but our visit last night not so much.
Well we sat down to eat I noticed the workers taping up the counter, it looked like they were going to paint. It was still a hour until they closed.
When we got our pizza and started eating they decided to start spray painting. The fumes overwhelmed the restaurant. I had my two young children with me and husband. My husbands head started hurting and it was hard to eat, the fumes was very overwhelming.
I wish they would have said they were going to spray paint before we decided to dine in. Very unhappy at the poor choice they made last night.

i love this place it’s best for anyone and family’s to come enjoy great pizza and beer while kids play and watch sports!!!

Total failure today, ordered a bacon burger today and after 40 minutes it arrived at my table, it had mushrooms on it, mushrooms were not listed on the menu for the bacon burger? The burger was overcooked on the outside and under cooked very pink in the middle, the manager came to the table after another 20 minutes and said the burger was late because the meat was frozen and they had to defrost it, finished half and left,

Their specialty pizzas are the bees knees. One of the best pizza parlor’s in Manteca to either dine-​in or deliver. Have been a customer for a few years and have never had an issue. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for some good pizza in Manteca.

There’s place I have ever been 4m to eat pizza. There pizza is to die for and the employees can’t be any nicer. I love that there is an arcade for my nieces to play in.

A month ago my husband was eating a hamburger that he ordered from a pizza place, and it actually looked mouth watering! Well, I decided to order a few pizzas that he recommended from the same place. If you never had pizza from New York, New Jersey and or Chicago there is a higher degree of difficulty to find a great tasting pizza equivalent to those locations in San Joaquin County. However, as we all know there are exceptions to everything in life, and fortunately the exception to superb pizza is a local wondrous fact! When I dived into my first slice of pizza I was expecting the same average taste but there is nothing average about Jack’s Pizza in Manteca, California! Actually Jack’s Pizza is superb in look and superior in taste! The combinations of fresh ingredients in their pizza is a wonderful taste of flavors that you grab more slices and you look forward to another helping of Jack’s Pizza again! The crust was baked with love and the pizza was baked to perfection! I almost thought I was in New Jersey! Jack’s Pizza is worth the wait if you decide to have them deliver! Or hop in the car and have take out. Our family absolutely recommends Jack’s Pizza and you don’t have to travel via airplane across the United States for great tasting pizza anymore!

Seriously horrible. They charged for my two year old, for the buffet. They put a bunch of thousand island on my burger that was ordered plain. Sorry that not what you said. Receipt was just a total. Staff was, inattentive. Overall on our first visit they could care less if we were here or not. Never coming back. Taco truck on wilson way would have been better.

Today I had the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken, Insanity Bread and a salad… The chicken tastes like it was going bad, however, I am willing to assume that it may have just been that I didn’t at all care for the flavor (if that was the case). In either light, I’ll stay away from the chicken wings out of preference.
The salad came loaded up with everything a salad bar could offer, so that was much appreciated on a delivery salad.
The insanity bread wasn’t as cheesy as I had hoped, but I did enjoy it and would order it again.
I used the delivery option and it arrived right on time.

I am the pickiest pizza eater ever! I heard from a friend of a friend about Jack’s and was skeptical. The pepperoni pizza is delicious and the breadsticks, with pepperoni and jalapeños, are mouthwatering! The pizza dough tastes like warm fresh french bread and the sauce has the perfect combination of seasonings. I ordered easily online and it was ready in no time. Don’t miss out on Manteca’s best pizza!

Awful service, late/​burnt pizza and a dirty restaurant.
I called in at 3:10pm on Sunday for a large pizza and was told the wait would be 25 minutes. I asked that it be ready at 3:40. The pizza was not ready until 3:55. The employees were not friendly, standing around behind the counter eating, drinking and talking amongst themselves. As a restaurant manger myself this would not have been a problem, but the dinning room was very noticeably dirty, they weren’t busy and still my pizza was 15 minutes late.
Not only that, but it was not cooked well, the crust being noticeably black. The pizza itself toppings wise was good and at least correct, but the service and cleanliness made it not worth the $ 30 I spent. Get some new employees that work with some purpose and you’d have a nice restaurant.

I normally order through eat24 but these last 2 times it took over 2hrs to arrive, 30 minutes past their already pushed back delivery times, they messed up my orders BOTH times and would not remove the gratuity… It taste good, but not that good. Bad service is bad business.

My Family has dinned here 3 times and done one take out order.
Pizza selection is good, lots of variety to pick from.
They do have a salad bar
They also make calzones — which we purchased as a take out.
Calzones are huge! One is large enough to serve two people.
Key things we have observed every time we have been in.
Staff hustles to get the tables cleaned and does a good job of cleaning, to include the chairs.
Server effort does not stop at the delivery of your pizza, they do make periodic visits to check up on you, see if you need anything, confirm the food quality meets your expectations. Not going to see that in some of the other pizza joints.
The team seems to work well together, providing coverage for each other as the work load changes.
I would say — good value and give them a try

Come here at least 3 times a month for lunch! If you want great pizza for a great price, I suggest Jack’s Pizza! They are not the fastest pizza cooking place in town, but if you don’t mind a 30 min wait for 2 large pizzas, then you will be satisfied. This place doesn’t rush their pizza or have it pre-​cooked like other restaurants.
The dining area is always clean and the staff is young, yes, but they are always friendly and they give great service.
They have great buffet, beer and combo deals.

Good pizza, no-​decent pizza.
Terrible service-​the dark hair girl at the register was rude and not very accommodating. This place used to be great but clearly, things have changed.

I’m over this place. Decent pizza but not worth the rude employees, dirty atmosphere and the low rent clientele. I canceled my delivery order the other night because the girl was rude, they would not honor their Unilocal coupon and the wait time was a ridiculous how and a half! When I called to cancel they made no effort to retain my business so I decided then that I am done with them I would recommend the same to you.

Monday night my wife and I got home from a hard days work and did not feel like cooking. We were going back and forth on what we were in the mood for. Then, we both said at the same time, Jack’s Pizza.
Jack’s pizza is the best pizza in town and their buffet is in expensive. All you can eat pizza, salad bar, and all you can drink soda for $ 17.
We were greeted by Natsha and her great crew. Their customer service is wonderful and friendly. It’s a great place to watch the game and have great food.
If you are not in the mood for pizza, their burgers are huge and delicious.
If you want to have great food in a family friendly atmosphere, Jack’s Pizza is the place.

Monday through Saturday (11AM to 2PM) pizza and salad buffet for $ 5.99. For a $ 1.99 more, add a fountain drink. Happy Hour is from 2PM to 5PM — $ 2.00 pints (regularly $ 3.50 for Domestic or $ 4.25 for Premium) and $ 6.00 pitchers (regularly $ 8.50 for Domestic or $ 10.50 for Premium).
The pizza itself is tasty and the salad bar is pretty average. The customer service is friendly and more than accommodating. Vegetarian pizza was unavailable when I dined in. I asked KO0 (Kim) if they’d be able to make one and she immediately obliged and notified me when it was ready. :)
The cons? As I stated in 2012, the restaurant is still grimy. Our plastic pizza and salad plates were chipped. Perhaps it’s time to invest in new dishes? The boyfriend had to ask if we could have a table bussed/​cleaned. literally all of the tables were either occupied or dirty. We also noticed a lot of flies. Aside from that, you can’t beat a $ 5.99 pizza buffet! I’ll return.
