Inconvenient office hours. The hours posted are not for all services. Only one person dispenses glasses and contacts, and is available only on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 5p. If you work, you will need to take a lot of time off. One day for your exam, another to pick up your glasses. Unless you have a lot of time in the books, you’re better off somewhere else.

So called my insurance company on 8÷23÷12 after going into the place 2 different times today and being told they were not there that I would have to check back on Tuesday and what do they find out but that my glasses were sent overnight on the 17^th. Amazing how within an hour they call to let me know my glasses appeared out of thin air and then what happens?! THEY GIVE ME AN EYE GLASS CASE THAT DOES NOT FIT MY EYE GLASSES!!! UGH this place really sucks!
