This Kohl’s is pretty good. The store itself is usually clean, well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. The dressing rooms can be a bit of a mess though. I know keeping them clean must be a full time job for someone because the store is always crowded as is the fitting rooms. The customer service counter at Kohl’s is awesome. Their return policy is great. You don’t even need a receipt if you used a credit card, they can pull it up just by swiping your card. That’s convenient. I love that they always have the stuffed animals and/or childrens books available near the cash registers for only $ 5.00. You can buy several of them around Christmas time and donate them to a Children’s Hospital without breaking the bank. My experiences at Kohl’s are usually always good. That’s why I’m a fan. Oh, there’s also a charging station for electric cars near the front of the parking lot. Nice!

Great sales and great options! My friends recommended me to go to Kohls and they were right! It was super crowded but the line moved fast and I didnt have to wait for a dressing room or anything!

It’s a typical Kohls in the sense that they are always having a sale, great selection in departments, and brands they carry. This Kohls has been remodeled so it looks a whole lot better than any other Kohls I’ve gone to. They have everything from clothes to home appliances. They even have a card and gift bag/gift wrap section.
Shopping with Kohls cash is always a plus. And Sign up for their rewards card and you’ll get coupons you can use in top of sales and Kohls cash!

I love this Kohls. I had not been in awhile, so when I walked in Saturday I was shocked to see that the store had been remodeled! It was a little disorienting, but definitely positive changes.
All new carts, and lots more with baby seats! Awesome. Costumer service is now at the front of the store. The bathrooms and fitting rooms are all brand new and beautiful.

This is a nice store to shop, very clean and always full., never a line. The only Kohl;s complaint I have is that all the discount % they give you need to use your Kohl’s Charge. It would be nice to just pay cash and get the same discounts.

Much better than my Kohls in Irvine, CA.
The shelves are actually stocked, it’s clean and there are actual people who check you out before there are 10 people in line.
