Silverline Dry Cleaners

Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. Hate writing neg reviews but that’s what this is for. Took an expensive delicate dress here to get dry cleaned. She told me they DO clean delicate dresses even wedding dresses and even showed me one that was recently just cleaned. Only concern that the hardware around the neck of the dress may get damaged and the stain may not come completely out. When I picked up, hardware was fine, stain was almost not noticeable BUT the delicate pattern on the dress came almost completely off! This is what made the dress so beautiful. So bummed. Do not take delicate garments here. And definitely don’t take your wedding dress. If they didn’t feel comfortable washing it and I knew that the pattern was going to come off with their washing process I would not have taken it here. Now dress is ruined, paid $ 40 to get it cleaned and dress cost me $ 300. Never going back.
