I gave these guys the benefit of the doubt and kept using them against my better judgement. Unfortunately, several shirts have ended up worthless due to some unknown stains they’ve left on my expensive dress shirts. The suits I were taking there USED to be well kept — unfortunately they have destroyed my collars on my suit jackets and never seem to ever keep the creases correct on my front lapel of my jackets. Will drive 22 miles in to Houston to take them to my old cleaners who I never had an issue with in 15 years.

They’re cheap and fine — UNTIL they screw up. They got a chemical stain on one of my shirts and even though I’ve been taking my stuff there every week for nearly a year they refused to compensate me for the damage. The current proprietor is a dishonorable con — I would avoid this business completely.

I agree with the other 2 posts. Ever since it changed owners, this place is crap. I got a top dry cleaned and they couldn’t get a stain out. They got most of it out but when I inquired about the remainder I got a rude«It doesn’t come out». If he had explained it nicely instead of reacting so harsh and rude, it would have been okay. It was a simple question and I’m not even a difficult customer. I’m pretty easy going. Instead I feel like I got ripped off. DId I mention, they insist you pay first now? Yeah. I should’ve known something was up when I dropped it off. I will never be back. Not to mention, the man was a smoker and smelled very heavily of it. Made me wonder if I were to smell my «recently dry cleaned» top, if it too would smell of cigarette smoke. And I don’t get why they leave the front doors open so the wind comes in and swooshes everything around. Very odd. This place will NOT last long the way these new owners are running it. I also don’t think it’s a «green» dry cleaning place anymore either even though they claim otherwise. I don’t trust this place.

Didn’t realize this place had sold until too late. Dropped off 12 work shirts — I never get starch… never. Picked them up and they were heavy starched… collars are like cardboard. Had a rayon/polyester summer shirt that had to be dry cleaned and when I picked it up it looked like someone had already worn it… both armpits had creases in them. $ 58.60 for 12 shirts, 5 dress slacks, 1 aforementioned summer shirt and a skirt for my wife. Rip off. I’ll be looking for a new cleaners. PS I called the owner to let him know about this… wasn’t in. The«manager» said that she knew the work product had gone down hill but she was just a «worker». Good luck keeping this business afloat.

When this cleaner was owned by Bill Pizner, it was run well. Ever since he sold it it has been straight down hill! From a old lady the looks like she’s 90, to the little punk who couldn’t give a rats rear end about the customers! They tried twice to get a pair of pants correct, I took my pants and told them that I would take them to a cleaners that wants my business! Sad, sad business ! Don’t go there!
