I went in to get a good shoe recommended for me. I even brought in my current shoes to show the associates my ware pattern. I was never asked my milage, type of running, watched how I ran, or did anyone look at how I was currently waring my shoes. I was told I needed a wider fit and was shown a pair of sauconys. I was also told to take them for a run to see if I like them. If I didn’t, I could bring them back. That is exactly what I did… ran in them. The new shoes made my feet tingle and throb. A week after purchase I went to return the shoes with receipt and packaging. Not only was I told they would not exchange them because of how«worn» they were, they had the nerve to tell me the shoes just must not have fit right. These people were the same ones that told me these are the best fit for me a week prior. Now I’m out 150.00 and have shoes that hurt my feet. Don’t go to this store. They don’t know running shoes and they don’t keep what they promise to make a sale.

I am new to running, and I’m glad I stopped in to the Running Room. The clerk helped me find a great pair of running shoes that fit and were comfortable. Although I have yet to run more than five miles at any given time, my feet feel great. The running room also hosted a 5K on New Year’s Eve. Even though it was freezing outside, the run was a lot of fun. The course was dotted with people cheering the entire group on. It was especially great when it was that cold! Well done Running Room!
