Awesome experience! The staff was super helpful and friendly. Wedding party tux rental pricing was about average for the groomsmen but excellent for dads and groom.

I thought the staff was very helpful and courteous. They are doing a great job. 5 stars for them.
However, my beef is with the quality of the wares for the prices they charge. I recently rented a suit and shoes for $ 155 as part of a wedding party and was quite disappointed with it. 1 star for that.
The shoes were shoddy and pretty much like a cheap plasticy pair you would find at Payless or Walmart. Even with the pair of memory foam insoles I added, they were not something I could wear all evening, which I couldn’t attempt anyway thanks to the painful blisters on my Achilles’ that I acquired before we even got to the reception. Thankfully, I had planned ahead and brought a pair of my own for backup. The shoes also had huge ugly scuffs all over that made them look even junkier. My advice on that front is to invest in some better quality leather shoes that can be shined up between users – they’ll last longer and look better.
On to the suit. The fit was OK in that it was measured properly in regards to coat sleeve length, chest fit, pant length, etc. However, it felt cheap and poorly made. I’ve gotten some off the rack suit separates from JCP and Kohl’s for under $ 100 for the coat and pants that were better quality and, not only that, far more stylish.
This suit made me feel and look like I was wearing my grandpa’s suit; awkward shoulder shape, wide baggy pants with weird looking crotch – not cool. I would think that they could have the option for more modern trim fits for leaner guys like me and keep the baggy old used car salesman suits for the chunkier dudes, all with the same suit/​brand/​color so as to keep the cohesive look for a wedding party. It’s 2015, so why not?
To reiterate, 5 stars for the staff and service, 1 star for the quality and style of the goods. Do the math – that’s an overall 3.

Needed a tux for a formal event, so I emailed the Ridgedale location of Savvi to make an appointment for a fitting. Never got a response. So while up in Maple Grove shopping, I stopped in to that location. The staff member was amazing, she helped me through everything, since it had been quite a while since I rented a tux. She got it delivered to the Ridgedale location since it’s closer to my house, an apologized that they never got back to me. Incredibly professional and I’ll definitely go to this location from now on! :-)
