Most of the customer service reps at this store are awesome. JACOB on the other hand is a complete JERK! He needs to go into something other than customer service; he has no skills at dealing with the public!

First off it is my personal rule to never visit any cell phone store unless it’s for warranty replacement service. This is one of the few stores that is a corporate store and can actually help you with repairs or replacement as most stores will just turn you away. Considering I hate going to these kinds of places, my experience wasn’t that bad. They seemed to have a decent amount of staff on hand and wait times were not too long. I had a hardware problem with my device, rather than try and blame the problem on something I did they immediately took it back to get checked out. About 20 minutes later they confirmed that the hardware was bad and ordered me a replacement at no charge. You do have to have TEP on your line or you may be charged a fee even if it is still under warranty at which point they will direct you to the manufacturer where as in the past Sprint would honor the manufacture warranty as a courtesy which was much nicer and faster. They also will never give you a new one in the box as they usually order you a crappy refurbished handset but you can get lucky and end up with a new one. You will want to visit this particular location should you need repair or replacement and as long as it’s a hardware issue that can be easily verified they should swap it without too much of a fuss as long as you have TEP. They really should stock the popular handsets in my case it was an M8 so would have been nice to walk out with one. They were willing to ship it to me so I don’t have to go back.

Consistently the worst service. Call customer support, they say to take it to this nearest sprint store. But associates state they cannot do anything to help replace the phone that is broken. Made 3 trips and each time, some poorly trained associated does nothing but tell us no. We will be switching due to the way Sprint thinks it’s funny to charge someone $ 120 per month per phone but can never seem to fix anything. Note sprint, customers DONOT have never-ending money to sit and watch some kid from Maple Grove sit and smile at your problem.

Great experience here with Tyler switching to Sprint from a different company! We took up a lot of his time(not on purpose!!) but he was more than gracious about it and kept working until he had everything working for me!
