I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this location. I live and work closer to another store, but this one seems to have the most knowledgable employees.
I did a jump upgrade and Josh handled everything easily and as quickly as I expected. Because this store is popular and staffed well, you can’t expect to ‘pop in’ and be on your way in a few minutes. Plan on waiting but it’s worth the wait. Josh was also friendly and had a genuine concern that I was having a good experience.
Kudos to the staff and especially Josh!!!

Unbelievably sucky. They keep harassing me with robo-calls for someone else who apparently had this number long before I did, and there’s no way to reach a human being. The robo-calls are the especially pernicious kind that DO NOT DISCONNECT when I hang up – which basically means I can’t use the phone till it’s through. Picking one of the «selections» it «offers» only puts me into a phone tree that offers no human interaction and finally says «since you didn’t answer with an appropriate selection I am terminating this call.» I shudder to think what it must be like to be a CUSTOMER of this band of dimwits.
