Horrible costumer service! The original sales woman was nice, however looking out for her best interest(commission based), trying to upsell instead of trying to help the client(me). We ordered kitchen appliances anyway and was told I could pickup the microwave portion of our order on Monday. I called on Monday and I was told it was not in and wouldn’t be for at least two weeks. When I spoke with the office manager her first solution was just return them, so I did(before receiving them). The bottom line is, you go to a small locally owned store over the big box stores because you expect better customer service and a knowledgeable staff that can provide solutions to problems as/if they arise. I suggest Lowes over Warners Stellian, which is to bad as I would rather support a independently locally owned store. FYI, Lowes is cheaper.

Very friendly people and nice selection however, once you have talked to a sales person you are locked to them. Every time you call or come in, you must wait for your sales person to be available. One time we waited 45 minutes just to pay for our finalized countertop purchase. Try calling and you will almost certainly get your sales persons voicemail, then let the phone tag begin. It takes me an average of 5 phone calls to get my person. All of your information and history of your in progress purchase is connected to their individual email, and cannot be accessed by any other employees. I like the products and would shop here again, but be prepared for frustration.

We just took delivery of appliances for our kitchen remodel. We worked with Warner Stellian in Maple Grove. Darrick Braaten helped us select all the right appliances. He was very thorough, checking with manufacturer’s reps to insure we made all the right decisions. He was extremely patient with us, as the planning to completion was a 6-month process. Delivery Day: «Tony & Co.» Arrived right on schedule, set the appliances in place without incident, cleaned up all the packing material and left with our old fridge. «Jason & Co.» arrived right on Tony’s heels, the installed all of the appliances seamlessly and we are up and running. Need new appliances? Check with Darrick at Warners Stellian in Maple Grove, he’ll take good care of you!

Our house, built in the mid-1980’s, just had all the original kitchen appliances die at once. We went to Warner’s Stellian and bought a fridge, stove, and microwave all in one evening. It sounds like a nightmare, but staff could not have made it more pleasant for us! They were polite and helpful and we actually had fun. Best of all though. W-S made delivery such a snap. Their guys managed to get a fridge to us within 24 hours(because they knew we were without one) and the rest of the stuff in a couple of days. Both times the delivery guys were SO nice, professional, quick and clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll never shop for appliacances anywhere else!

More budget friendly then you might think. Ok about 12 years ago I wandered into a Warners’ Stellian when we bought a 1967 house with original appliances. It was our first house and we were and are on a pretty tight budget. At that time I loved the look of what they had — it was truly the look of things to come but I was very intimidated by their price tags. $ 3000 for a dishwasher?! Wow! Even if I loved the drawer system and would have taken our family pictures in front of it(it was sooo cool) there wasn’t money in our budget and they don’t take Monopoly money — I know, I asked. I can’t remember who helped me but I can say she was very gracious and helpful. Ok fast forward 11 years. I now need a new washing machine. I didn’t think of Warners’ right away because all that my mind could think of was four digit price tags! And yes I would have loved a set of silver or even red enameled extra large front-loaders on pedestals that we could take family pictures in front of but I still don’t have that kind of budget and no one sees my laundry room anyhow. I would have to go out of my way to get house guests to admire my «functional art» washer/dryer pair. So I ended up going with another local company(I won’t mention them here but see my other reviews for a strong warning) and the experience was bad… bad…months later it is still bad. I would need a new machine. I had remembered that somewhere in time Warners’ had warehouse sales, so I thought I would check out their website to see if maybe one of these might becoming up. no such luck. But while there I noticed that they had specials online. And I spotted a very attractive pair on an amazing deal. I looked up reviews, reviews were good. They were still very nice looking(although we haven’t planned any family photos in front of them). I called asked a few questions and then ordered right over the phone. They showed up when they said they would, set the machines up, and TESTED them onsite. He also made sure they were perfectly level and wiped them down and he didn’t leave streaks or mention my IDS sized laundry pile or the smell from it. I love the new set. They are quiet running but make cheery noises when you set them for a load(I swear they are total laundry geeks and love to wash clothes — they tell me as much all the time). I had a very small issue that I called with and was helped promptly. I was treated graciously and, as well as if I was buying their set made by Picasso. So it a nutshell, if you are on a budget that allows for marble and gold leaf machines sculpted by Frank Gehry than I am sure Warners’ can help you out with that but don’t be intimidated if your budget is more like machines mass produced from metal and plastic compounds and factory assembled. They are looking out for you with their eye for quality and the best word to the budget minded ear — VALUE. Quality, good looks and budget friendly with great customer service and local. Yay! Thanks!
