Fast, friendly pizza! The guy was super nice and even suggested we try the competitors pizza in town– not to compare but because he is just a nice guy! The pizza was huge and hot– the sauce was really fresh tasting and the salad was great. Yum

I decided to try the pesto pizza. It is absolutely amazing. One of the best pizzas I have in the Philadelphia area since I moved here 5 years ago and of course I had to drive back to jersey to get good pizza. Will definitely come back to this place for all my pizza cravings.

First time ordering delivery… And WOW!!! Huge portions! Definitely over ordered… but at least we have dinner for tonight. We ordered two pasta entrees, each coming with soup or salad and bread. I had tortellini Alfredo… Nice big portion and delicious. Boyfriend ordered zuppa de mare… Talk about big!!! He’s a big eater and often disappointed when he’s finished an entrée and is still hungry… Not this time. Also got two personal pies… Sea street and fra diavolo. Very happy we finally got to try this local gem!

Amazing service. Great dining experience. We ordered pizza and pasta the first and second time and it was hands down the best we’ve had since we’ve been here in town. Pizza is always flavorful and fresh. Pasta cooked perfectly and incredible. Only reason gave 4 stars not 5 is because of slow delivery when we’ve orders at home and we ordered food other than pizza and pasta was very disappointed by it. But will continue to get the pizza. Pizza way better than Tacconellis

Quite disappointed… ordered fried calamari and shrimp marinara. d calamari dish was not good. more dan d dish the oil taste was predominant… shrimp marinara with spaghetti was not bad but not up to the expectation.

I just moved to this area and wanted some pizza for dinner so I checked Unilocal for a recommendation. We tried Montegrillo and weren’t disappointed. We ordered a plain pizza and a tortellini alfredo. Both were delicious. Delivery was quick and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

OK but kind of disappointed based on five star reviews here, however I don’t know about food other than pizza and wings that we ordered. Pizza crust was a bit gummy like it was microwaved. I wasn’t too impressed with the sauce on the plain pie. The large pizza was nice and big though. I prefer the NY Style Pizza I’ve gotten elsewhere. Wings were breaded not meaty. Not my style, that’s all. Delivery was good.

5 stars for really great pizza and very friendly and courteous staff. I wish I lived here so I could be a regular.
We bought our pizzas by the slice, enjoying a bacon cheesesteak pizza for me, a chicken and mushroom slice for my wife, and regular cheese slice for the kids. They were very well prepared with ample toppings, good crust baked just right (not too thin, not too thick, and golden brown).
A real value as I fed the whole family for $ 20.
5 stars for being one of the best of the many, many, many pizza places I have been a patron of.

Great spot for eat in, take out, or delivery. Consistently good food. If you grew up in South Jersey or Philly. you’re used to the neighborhood pizza joint being on point — and Montegrillo is!
The grandma pie is highly recommended!

Although my experience with their menu is limited I would go as far as to say that their Grandma Pie is the best pizza I’ve ever had. Typically I don’t order dinners from «pizza shops» but I tried their Melenzana pasta and was hooked… Sliced eggplant with garlic, chopped tomatoes & basil in olive oil.

They have an excellent «sport salad» that is perfect for someone that needs a meal with substance but also diet conscience. It has grilled chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, provolone triangles, pepperocinis… Comes with a great warm roll. Its the perfect meal, I haven’t tried anything else at either location here or Pennsauken so all I can recommend is this salad which I order often! I have even ordered a few at a time for the next few days meals…

I’ll admit I was one of the ones that cringed when I saw another Italian restaurant coming to Main Street… but I couldn’t be happier! The best review I can give on their pizza is that «I am not a pizza person» but I love their pizza with grilled chicken and mushrooms. The chicken used is always top notch with a great grilled taste and the toppings are plentiful.
Another reviewer mentioned their soups and we are huge fans of their seafood bisque. I’ll admit the consistency is different then any other bisque I’ve had (and might be an acquired taste), but the flavor is superb!
The atmosphere is always upbeat and I’m always greeted with a smile… one of my new favorite local eateries.
