Went here twice in the same week to give them a chance. Rude employees… Chicken tenders should be called chicken chewy… Not tender at all… No Iced tea in drinking fountain area…

This place is so much better than KFC. Last time i came here i ordered the 3 piece spicy chicken tenders with mustard sauce, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn on the cob, and a biscuit and i finished it all within a span of about 5 minutes it was so good. Definitely less greasy than KFC too although i probably shouldn’t eat here too often or i might get a heart attack haha

Food was disgusting. Everything was old and the chicken smelled rotten. Staff was rude. Only go here if you have good health insurance or have a doctor in the family.

I’ve been coming here since their store opened but no longer will due to their horrible staff!!!
This popeyes food is actually the best out of all locations but their employees are both rude and lazy. How do you run out of mild chicken 2hours before closing time? One employee says they just ran out of chicken then a manager says the cook left? the manager doesn’t know how to make the chicken? I ended up calling the customer service number and was transferred three times and literally after 15min of questions, she states someone will contact me. They never did. I haven’t been back since then and neither will my family.

I agree with the other posters, the fact that this is new and cleaner, plus the employees are pretty friendly and they take the time to get your order right, makes this Popeye’s much better than the one a few miles away (like in Lawnside). Sometimes you are in the mood for a couple chicken strips and a biscuit, you know?
One other nice thing about this location is access. You can get to it right off of 295, but also from the side access road coming from Moorestown Mall (or when leaving) so that you don’t have to drive far down the road to hit a jug handle.

Great Popeyes! Food is always good. Once I had a long wait and they threw in some free desserts and two free drinks. Great customer service!

this is the worst popeyes i have ever been to. the employees couldnt care less about customer satisifaction

I love when a new business launches… it sort of sucks me in and I enjoy watching the operation of everything in its early days.
Anywho, the restaurant is very clean, full of excited employees and the service was prompt and warm. It’s a well lit restaurant. The kitchen looked clean and organized. Everyone was wearing gloves which was a plus in my book.
I ordered the nuggets and a biscuit. They were tasty… temp warm not hot. I’m not a big fast food person, but I could see me coming here once in a blue moon.
