Completely appalled at this place. I arrived here at 9:45 pm with my husband last night (1⁄24). We went to open the lobby doors and they were locked. When the 3 employees saw us, they just laughed at us. The young lady behind the counter was especially cracking up. Their sign said the lobby closed at 10 pm and the drive through at 12 am. There were no signs saying they were closed early. We went to the drive through thinking they closed the lobby early to clean it. When we pulled up, a man rudely said that they were closed through the intercom. When I asked why (because the sign said they were opened) I was ignored. I do not appreciate being laughed at and ignored by all of the employees. Not one of them decided to be professional and deal with their customer. Next time I have a craving for KFC, I’ll go out of my way to go to a different location. Maple Shade KFC does not deserve my business. Avoid going here if you don’t feel like being treated like this.

I went to this location on 1⁄24 at 9:45PM. My wife and I walked up to the lobby door and were greeted with a locked door. Upon observation, the hours for this location were: 10PM for the lobby and 12AM for the drive-​thru. Multiple employees just looked at us and laughed as if we were supposed to know the location was closed. I truly did not appreciate the laughter at my wife and I. ***I would like to add that we ended up going to this company’s competition and they greeted us professionally.***

Used the drive-​thru to purchase a 10-​pc family meal (combination of light /​dark). Cashier mentioned that it might take up to three minutes for the wedges to be done. This was at 8:15 (confirmed by receipt). Waited and waited. Ended up seeing five team members hanging out in the parking lot. Meal finally came out at 8:31 (well beyond the 3 three minute estimate). Perhaps it would have been faster if the majority of the team wasn’t outside? When I got home, I was heartbroken to see that out of the ten pieces, five were wings. A disappointing dinner for the family.
