Not a bad place to get drinks. Good specials and overall pricing. They have some decent bands playing every now and then on Saturday nights. Food is horrible at best. The Tony Luke’s attached is over priced and not very good.

The only reason I’m giving brewsters more than one star is the wings. The other food we got,(fries, mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers) wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t good. A huge turnoff was that you can’t call to order, you have to go to the pub and order takeout there. A diamond in the rough were the chicken wings. We always get them dry with hot sauce on the side. They were probably the best wings I’ve ever had! The sauce was pretty hot, but I loved every bite. Mmmm.

I have been here many times and it is horrible every time. I bowled and opened a tab so the waitress brought us our drinks and food. Every time we needed anything we had to HUNT down the waitress. We tried to close our tab at the bar and they closed it for us for more money then told us they couldn’t close it for us. We had to wait to find the waitress and it took forever. When she finally closed our tab it was less money then when we closed it at the bar. We did not want the tab to be placed on the card we had to hold it and the waitress did not ask us if we wanted it to be placed on the card but rather charged the card instead of asking. I am done with going here, too bad because I liked the place but the food and service is HORRIBLE!

Brewsters added Tony Luke’s inside/outside, and I must say it’s a welcome addition. Not only for the food, but the décor as well. Gone are the bowling alley themed colors, replaced with soft earth tones, new TVs, wall art and just an overall warm feel to the place, like hanging out in a friend’s basement. The bartenders are always friendly and approachable, and the bar always offers drink specials. The food at Tony Lukes is good. Steak sandwiches and fries are not too greasy, particularly the fries, which are hot and crisp at pick up. The roast pork is pretty good, a bit too peppery and garlicky for me, but still good. All in all, a great place to hangout and drink, watch sports, and eat delicious south philly-style bar food. Oh and Brewsters still has some of the best buffalo wings around!

Brewsters now is the new home of the latest Tony Luke’s location(opened Summer ’13) It is a food stand inside the bar, with a pickup window on the outside — no drive thru. You can order your food and then move over to the bar and order a drink. Food service is pretty fast — they call out your name and order number over a very loud intercom. Separate bills for food and alcohol. Brewsters has a separate entrance from the bowling ally. Many tables and a long bar area. It looks like the place has been recently remodeled to include the Tony Luke’s stand. I ordered the traditional Italain pork roast sandwich with the provolone and broccoli raabe and some fries(Chipolte BBQ) for take out. This was my first experience with Tony Luke’s and was pysched to see a location on the side of town that I actually make it to. My sandwich and fries were good, but would have been better had I ate them at the bar rather than taking them with me. Overall, if you are in the Maple Shade area and a Tony Luke’s fan, give it a try. You don’t have to cross over the bridge to get your fix.

I have been to this pub a few times, now. And, it’s not getting any better. My boyfriend U& I love live music. He is a musician and we have many friends who are, also. When visiting our friends’ whose band was playing here, we are always disappointed. First of all, and I want to start positively, this is a nice big room with a good stage area and dance floor. And, the food is good. Yes, it’s typical bar food but very good and not greasy. However, there is NEVER a waitress for the tables. Seriously?! They are attached to a bowling alley and I have been told that the waitresses are for the bowling alley. That is just bad. You hire a band to play to bring in customers, yet, you expect those customers go wait around a very big bar with only one(sometimes two) bartender to order food and a drink. And, let me say this, too. The alcohol is watered down. Yes it is! I drink Jack & Coke. My bf drinks his straight. We know what it tastes like. Mixed with a lot of coke and ice maybe I wouldn’t notice so much, just think the drinks are week. However, when you drink it straight, you know that it is watered down. PERIOD. And, they have the nerve to charge a higher than usual price for those watered down drinks. We spent over $ 60 on drinks and didn’t get a buzz. I will not go there and order anything from them again. I will bring in my own flask and eat before I go. They will not get a dime of my money. I will go there if my friend’s band plays again, for two reasons only. One I live very close and two they are my friends.

Brewster’s Pub is inside the Laurel Lanes bowling alley off Route 73 southbound. There is ample parking in a big parking lot. Our group was there for a specially-planned geocaching event. I’m not sure how the food is normally because they prepared a special bar food buffet for us. I thought the buffalo wings were good but the rest of the fried food was average. Service was okay. At least, we had no problem getting service when we needed something.

Brewsters Pub is located inside Laurel Lanes. This is a typical bar with food that you would expect at any bar. The bartenders were pretty friendly. We met up here for a friend who was being sent to Iraq. They had a band that night and they were pretty good. It was a mixed crowd.
