I had a horrible experience with this place. They have great selection and very nice salespeople. However, the manager was the worst. She was not friendly at all and gave me really hard times scheduling alterations and etc. She also asked me to bring cash for my final payment and when i asked her why it had to be cash, she couldn’t answer me. Very confusing and unfriendly! Also, I used their tailor, very sweet Greek Lady. However, she did a horrible job. They made me pick up my dress the day before my wedding and I didn’t have enough time to see if there was anything wrong. I tried my dress on my wedding day and it was couple inches shorter than what it was supposed to be. There were so many other things as well. The dress was actually big for me and i had to pull my dress up the whole night! Ugh, horrible experience. My advise to everyone who reads this: If you want to buy your dress here, do it. But do NOT use their tailor. Find yourself a good one because she really ruined my dress. She also ruined my mother’s and mother in-law’s dresses as well. We were all very disappointed but unfortunately there was nothing that could be done.

Great selection and customer service! Rajji was professional but down to earth and she really knows her stuff! The dress I liked most is the one she picked for me that I wouldn’t have thought to choose for myself! The place is clean and the samples are in great condition (in some other boutiques they are falling apart and it’s hard to see what it would really look like). 5 stars!

Staff was so sweet and patient. We got great advice. I came here with a friend and now this is where I wanna shop for my dress ! Awesome customer service. Ten stars. And prices are great. Dresses look like they are worth triple.
