I use to rent here so i am a past customer. The problem with them is that when you think they are open, the door still might be closed because they are around the premises. They never leave a sign saying they are around. I went there the other day to get a quote on a moving truck rental. I saw the lady employee on a golf cart and she looked at me as i pulled in. I parked the truck and waited for about 5 minutes and she never came!!! I also called later on to get a quote over the phone for a rental. She told me she price matches uhaul. I brought the paperwork in, waited 15 minutes for her to help another customer and she told me she could not match uhaul! I told her that i was the guy on the phone 20 minutes ago looking for the quote and you said you can match it. She said i can’t go that low or i will get in trouble… I tild her that she wasted a lot of my time and i walked out.
